Why is Sivir a Warden and Ashe a Marauder?
Shouldn't these be reversed?

You do realize that the Marauders and the Wardens are just as corrupt as each other, right? The Marauders' goal is to create Chaos, and the Wardens' goal is to retain Order. They're two sides of the same coin - they want what they want with no regard for anything or anyone else.
Because Ashe has zero dark skins?
because sivir already has a bandit skin and ashe has alot of skins that portray her as heroic
No because people want to stereotype champs...
Skins are generally non-canon and gives Riot creative freedom to give ideas or theme to champs we don't normally think of. Example: Warwick is on fire! Soraka as a reaper! Syndra as an underwater Mage!
