Yes quite busted and would not balance properly as stuns slows etc would be focused towards anyone wearing these boots. Good thought tho maybe just a modification to the concept

And they reworked Alistar.. I'm going to stay off Boards.. it's like every idea I come up with gets thrown around in a way that fucks me over.
I was asking for a Taric rework- they raped him. I was asking for a champ like Ivern- everybody trolls me and says I made the concept after his release. I come up with an item that utilizes Alistar's Trample- they make his Trample an Active and turn his heal into a Passive.. FML TILTED
