New yordel: Francis The Hextech Charmer

Hey guys, I heard someone used the term "Blame throwing", and it lead my adhd brain into "Blamethrower" and basically now I have a new zoner idea for a yordel

Francis is a highly sophisticated Yordel from bilgewater, he a master of words and a master at the art of dealmaking, he is also an accomplished inventor of hextech gadgets which focus on charm magic.

Attack animation: hits people with his fancy cain, if he crits, he kicks them.

Passive: Francis appears as an ally to enemy champions, until he hits an enemy champion, epic monster, or enemy structure first. He gains a small bonus to gold gain for killing minions while remaining passive.

in addition francis gains 10% of his unspent gold every minute that he is considered non hostile

Francis's resource mechanic is Credit, which works something similar to rumble's heat, francis can use as much credit as he wants within a window, but then experiences the 'debt' debuff, in which all of his stats are reduced for a few seconds if his credit isn't high enough

Q: Blamethrower: This is francis's only offensive ability, it deals damage in a cone, it handles similar to Lucian's ultimate, dealing four ticks of damage every second for four seconds (6.25% ap magic+ 12.5% ad physical) enemies who take 6 or more ticks in a short time become enraged and are taunted into attacking their nearest ally for a short time

W: Invest: Francis can buff an allied minion or allied champion, granting them adaptive damage based on that champion's build, and defenses based on francis's defenses. if he buffs a minion or monster (See bribe) that creature gains the 'hired goon' buff, following him and focusing his targets, it steals half of his stats, multiple investments may be made at a time but the minion half of his stats will be divided equally each time

In addition all of francis's item passives apply to his investments

E: Bribe: Francis can pay credit to convince monsters and minions to join his cause, he gains one charge per rank. these minions behave as the minions from the invest ability, focusing his targets, but do not gain the stat increase unless they are also targetted by his W.

R: Hiring center: Francis drops a hiring center in a lane, this spawns 1/2/3 additional minions per wave. this lasts until destroyed but only 3 of them may be placed at a time.

Francis as a champion is designed to split push and to support via buffing allies. His whole concept is to just buy his way to victory, he isn't a duelist but he is great at shoving and sieging. As a support he has the capacity to buff his carry directly.

Francis is more or less a PvE champion, he excells in creating push power to a degree that no other champion really has, as such he is weak against team comps with lots of waveclear, he also would likely want a strange set of items, rylais for the blamethrower, zzrot for the push power, thornmail or a triforce for the stats on his investments.

I hope you guys like it

I love this idea, but I would argue he should be a goblin, not a yordle give their new "wood spirit" lore.
