(undecided name), the Night's Shadow.

So, thought about a melee hypercarry. Don't know how he'd play, and that's why I'm putting him here. Also, haven't chosen a name yet. So, he's generally supposed to be an auto-attack based hypercarry. He has 1 mobility skill, and it should be easily dodgeable. However, once he get's to his target, he stays there. He should rely on an ally initiator, being too squishy to go in himself. That is why his abilities scale on bonus AD instead of AD, or in some cases, not at all. All parts with '?' mean I'm not good enough at the mechanics of LoL to do them. Passive:

The Knight of Dark Autoattacks apply a stack of (???) onto the attacked Champion. Upon 5 stacks, the enemy takes physical damage equal to 50% bonus AD (or whatever, i'm not great at this) each second, consuming a stack each second. You gain Vision of the target and a surrounding 300 area while it's active.

Q

Shadow Charge A shadow of this champion charges forward (skillshot) at 600(?) speed. If the shadow hits an enemy, it moves 300(?) past them, and teleports this champion to that point. If the shadow does not hit an enemy, it dissipates. This champion is rooted for the duration of that part of the skill.

Cooldown: 15(?)/13(?)/11(?)/9(?)/7(?) Mana Cost: 40(?)/50(?)/60(?)/70(?)/80(?) Max Cast 1 Range: 500-700(?) Max Cast 2 Range: 600(?)

My idea of a reasonable, new, gap-closer.

W

(Not named either) This champion marks a chosen enemy champion. 2 ideas here. The first: After 2(?) seconds, you automatically teleport to your chosen target. Makes the player think more about casting the skill, and what the map will look like in 2(?) seconds. Second: After 2(?) seconds, the ability may be recast for 1(or 0.5) second. The purpose will be how well you can evaluate the enemies position, and make a quick decision on whether you wanna tele in or not. Seems like it'll be the second one.

Cooldown: 12(?)/11.5(?)/11(?)/10(?)/9(?) Mana Cost: 50(?)/60(?)/70(?)/80(?)/90(?) Range: Point blank, needs to be within auto attack range.

Decided that he needed a way to stay onto people with dashes and escapes.

E

(Also not named, due to lack of creativity) The next auto-attack roots it's target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, and slows all enemies in a 400(?) radius for 5/10/15/20/25%. The same enemy cannot be affected by the skill for 10 seconds after being hit by it. That means that if they are slowed, they cannot be rooted if you use it immediately again.

Cooldown: 10(?)/9.5(?)/9(?)/8.5(?)/8(?) Mana Cost: 60(?)/70(?)/75(?)/85(?)/90(?)

Stickiness

R

Night's Honor A chosen target is marked, and every auto-attack on them applies a Phantom Hit, applying double marks. Attacking other enemies will only apply a single mark, without the Phantom Hit. Casting skills on the target while active slows for 5/10/15%. However, casting removes all existing marks.

Cooldown: 110/90/70 Mana Cost: 100/100/100 Duration: 4/4.5/5 seconds

Still don't have a good idea );

Everything else - base stats, lore, and whatever, I don't have. Suggestions please!

Got some:

Taunt against Evelyn: Either "Hiding in shadows from a shadow?", or "You think you can hide in shadows, from a shadow?". Basically the same, but there's a difference.

Taunt against Vayne: "Ah... but have you ever boxed with a shadow?" *goes into boxing stance, horse dissipates for duration.

Passive could be nice, but need actual numbers to determine its power.

Q first part is kinda bad. Auto teleport is a risky move. Second part is unnecessary. Worked much better is\f second use would teleport you back to your starting location or allowed to launch another shadow and teleport again if you hit an enemy.

W is bad. Your champ already have teleport with his Q.

E not bad, but cooldown too short and do you get for ranking it up?

R crazy strong and doesn't fit the theme.

Extremely Overpowered, it's as if every part of his kit is a game-changing ult.

Phantom hits only apply on-hits. That's why Devourer isn't as good as it seems, though it's still good.

So, you suggest I do the second one with W? So you have a choice whether you want to tele in or not?

For E, sure. though root isn't as heavy CC as you might think, as he doesn't have slow, or move-speed up.

First off, thank you for your comments on my ruined king idea (Morotus, the ruined king if anyone wants to check it out) they were insightful and helped me rethink a little more about him.

I love this idea, since he and morotus are kind of similar. I would recommend changing his e with his q since that's how most champs have their skills organized. Also, if he went jungle his R would stack ridiculously well with devourer stacks. If you want help with names, let me know because I have no life and too many ideas
