Aoi the Raikiri Swordwoman
Hello everyone welcome to my thread about Aoi the Raikiri Swordwan is a lightning, base dual wielding samurai seeking vengeance against Yasuo for killing her father the Ionian elder. Please note the numbers that i am going to use for her abilities are just place holder so you can get a general idea of the damage and scaling and will need to be balance and tested. Please read and provide feedback
Passive:

Calling Thunder: A random Thunderbolt will strike an area within 500 range of Aoi dealing 20/40/60 (+33% ap) damage and stunning enemies for .40 sec. If Aoi get hit by the thunderbolt it will help charge her surge bar. Note there will be an indicator displayed for both side to see where the thunderbolt will land. strike every 25sec

Surging Fury: Every time a thunderbolt strike Aoi she gain a charge in her surge bar and when it reach 100% she can discharge it for 20/40/60% boost in attack speed for 5sec. Note Aoi can also gain charge in her bar by attacking enemy champions. This attack speed boosted can go over the as max cap of 2.50. That mean if Aoi has max attack speed at 2.5 when her passive activities she get 4 as.
Her Q Ability
Storm Dance: Aoi let out a series of lightning fast sword combo on her enemies. Cooldown 15sec

She lunge forward and stabbing 2 of her blade into her opponent damaging them 10/25/40/55/70 (+50%ad)(+50%ap)

She then spins in a circle damaging all enemy in a 325 range.10/25/40/55/70 (+50%ad)(+50%ap)

She then cross her sword then fire a lightning X shape energy sword slash that damage enemies.10/25/40/55/70 (+50%ad)(+93%ap). If this attack hit an enemy they are stun for 1.00sec. It can also be used block skill shot abilities and ultimate. Example Ashes arrows.
Her W Ability
Lightning Trail Cool down: 40/35/30/25/20

Passive: Reduce cool down on her passive "Calling Thunder" by 3sec for every point in the ability.

Active: She channel her energy for a duration of time, while she is channelling she can not move and you can draw out the path you want to dash to with your mouse. You will leave behind a trail that lightning will follow and damage enemy on the trail. 30/50/70/90/110 (+70%ap)
Note: im not sure if it is possible to draw a path of anything you want it could be a straight line, spirals, zig zags etc but, it would be unique to Raikira as a champion.
Her E Ability
Jolt: COOLDOWN: 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7
1) Passive: basic attack discharge static electricity and deal extra damage 5/10/15/20 (+20%ap)
2) Active: release a burst of electricity that damages and slow all enemy in a 200 range also grant a 30% boost in movement speed for 10 sec. 50/80/110/140/170 (+100% Ap)
Her R Ultimate Ability Cool down: 160/ 120/ 80
Raging Storm: Summon a thunderstorm that slowly expand to cover a large range 1000/1500/2000 while raining down thunderbolts. Raikira can re cast this ability again to become lightning and strike anywhere in her range damaging/stunning all enemy she hits for 2sec in a 280 range. 200/375/550 (+80% ap)
**Laning ** Aoi is an all in champion that excel at initiating a fight. She is great in the top/mid and can also be played has a jungler. When fighting an opponent early game try to zone them onto your thunderbolt to get a free stun and follow combing them with your q and e. Note you should watch your surge bar because when it reach 100% you gain that attack speed boosted and it synergies with you passive lightning trail.
Builds
One thing with Aoi is that she is a versatile champion with her builds you can play her has a : Ap bruiser, Ad fighter are jungle

What you see with her build that it is endless and you got to maintain that balance between damage and defence are else you will just get blown up
