Champ concept idea - Magnetic champion
To be brief this champion enlists magnetic forces to its aid.
Passive is a magnetic field which slowly pulls all enemies and neutral monsters to it. The magnetic field begins with a small range and slowly increases as the game goes on (level based). Due to this passive champions without a dash or movement speed boost will find it near impossible to escape once in the inner parts of the magnetic field. The magnetic fields outer edges are weak but is slightly stronger the closer to the center they get.
Q will be a short cooldown projectile skillshot which is shot at an enemy. The projectile is a magnetic piece which attaches onto the enemy slowing momentarily and dealing damage. Up to 5 magnets can be attached, each lasting for a small period of time and slowing while attached. Attaching a magnet while one is already on will stack and the period of time it can stay on is refreshed. While the magnets are attached the magnetic fields properties of dragging is amplified. (the more magnets the stronger the pull)
W materializes a ball of magnetic forces and propels it an an area. The damage is amplified on enemies with magnets attached.
E sends out a line and if it hits an enemy with a magnet attached, Magnet champion will be pulled towards it. The speed at which it will be pulled will depend on how many magnets are attached on the target.
Ultimate will invert the magnetic fields properties and push away all enemies to the outer magnetic field. The magnetic field repels all projectiles from enemies. Any enemies within the magnetic field will be slowed and be slowly pushed away.
