Evelynn Rework Idea
just for fun, focusing on Evelynn's ability to show up out of nowhere and tortuously run you down with a frenzy of hate spikes and autoattacks
Passive - Shadow Walker - Works like normal except she gets a movement speed buff while invisible
Q - Hate Spikes - now a toggle that will constantly attack the nearest enemy, however they will switch to targeting whatever you last autoattacked as long as it stays in range. (scales with both AD and AP equally) (damage increases when leveled)
W - Embrace Agony - Evelynn deals AOE damage around herself, healing for a small percent of the damage dealt, and slowing all enemies hit. Autoattacks against enemy champions take 1 second off the cooldown. (scales with AP) (damage, slow, and healing increases when leveled, cooldown decreases when leveled)
E - Flight Response - Evelynn gains a movement speed buff for a few seconds that resets every time she auto attacks an enemy champion (movement speed granted increases when leveled, Cooldown decreases when leveled)
R - Fight Response - For a few seconds, taking damage causes you to deal increased damage proportional to damage taken, along with giving your autoattacks AOE damage, the lower your health, the larger the AOE is. Along with this, your hatespikes will fire more frequently the lower on health you are.
