Like at the end of the year if you havent received a chat restriction or ban you get a special skin. idk if thats a possibility but it sounds like a good reward to me.

How about top 1% players get a special skin too?
Or people who have spent 1k on the game?
How about people who ward more than 100 times a game?
You are SUPPOSE to be behaving and on good terms to begin with...that's in TOS.
It is possible. I have gotten skins/champions for positive behavior before so it is not outside the realm of possibility.
