Why no Fiora skin with the VU?

How come the VU didn't come with a new skin? Is she only open up for a new skin now that her rework is done or is a skin for her possibly in the pipeline? I'm really longing for ze worzy skin for years now.

i'm hoping they are withholding it because of all the hate and she is getting,and she'll get one with her VU, but this is only me being hopeful its not a fact :(.

theyre probably holding it to tease a few days when she releases her update but it could be just like gangplank where the VU is enough for them
