Shyvana Rework

I'd like to gather ideas for a rework of Shyvana. Supposedly one was under way before she became successful top lane. However Riot doesn't want her to be good top lane because they say she is "boring to see play". I think she is very very fun to play but I can understand how watching someone run towards a champ and just hit them over and over is boring. To be honest I always felt Shyvana wasn't a good realization of a dragon like champion. It lacks so much of what makes dragons, dragons to me. Here is my idea:

R: Dragon's Fury Shyvana turns into a giant Red Dragon (a proper dragon not a wyvern), altering her abilities and gaining health and damage reduction. On activation she takes flight and pushes those around her back, gaining movement speed.

On second activation Shyvana swoops down on a targeted location. If there is one champion in the landing area Shyvana tackles and pins down the enemy doing physical damage. If there is more than one champion in the targeted area, she briefly knocks all of them down doing moderate physical damage and ends up behind the champions. (Basically what you'd see a dragon do, pwn one enemy or knock multiple people down.)

If Shyvana takes more than X% damage her dragon form is ended but if she does damage it is extended, if she scores a kill or assist it is extended a flat amount. Shyvana has a maximum time of X seconds she can be in Dragon form. Eliminate the fury bar for all but herself and allies.

E: Fire of the Dragon In human form, she can connect to her dragon side and breathe a fireball that amplifies damage to creatures and champions hit by X% from all sources.

In Dragon Form, E can be held down to channel a stream of fire that ramps up damage the longer a champion or creature is in it, only silence can stop this channel but she cannot move while channeling it. She can also tap E to issue a fireball like her human form. The channel has no max duration but does not work on structures or other dragons.

W: Strength of the Dragon In human form she has greater strength and agility and damage mitigation than normal humans thanks to her dragon ancestry. This gives her increased movement, and when activated she can focus all her power into one stunning strike, that knocks a champion down, effectively stunning them. This temporarily exhausts and exposes her and she temporarily loses her passive benefits. In Dragon form, she will hit people with her tail from a longer range for the same effect and will not lose her passive benefits. She also will not lose the passive if Blood of the Dragon is in effect.

Q: My Teeth are Swords, my Claws are Spears In human form her auto attacks shred mitigation and deal extra damage from her claws in a way that ramps up. In Dragon Form, she will chomp an enemy for a large chunk of damage that deals extra damage if they've been burned.

Passive: Blood of the Dragon Dragons are both strong and intelligent and very hardy. But rather than just being better at everything by being a ball of stats, it makes her hard to take down and resourceful. When Shyvana's health is low, her dragon blood kicks in and grants her a spike of power to all her basic stats and grants her the ability to lunge a distance of 700 in any direction and binds her wounds granting her flat heals based on doing damage with auto attacks or spells up to 7 times.

Basically she would play like this: A toplaner who realizes her full potential at lower health. When she ultimates, she will lose her dragon form at full health but become a stronger more powerful being at low health that is the best of both dragon and human hybrid gaining health back the next 7 auto attacks/spells hit and getting the ability to lunge in any direction she chooses whether to close in and finish off that foe or run away. She has to make a meaningful choice because if she's ignited and runs away, she won't just be automatically healed she has to do damage to make that happen.

She will be a bruiser/fighter and offtank where her fire based things are magic damage and everything else is physical. She is stronger as a duelist than in team fights as when facing only one champion she will have more damage and a longer disable with her ultimate which will allow her to ramp up damage with her flame spell E, follow up with a W and Q and then either auto attack or use her E again. It will make her very able to peel for weaker units. In a pinch she can also initiate or use her ult against multiple targets but as she has to swoop past them to knock them down, the knock down is less effective and she exposes herself as she ends up behind the enemy lines. She can still try to wreak havoc tho by channeling her flame against multiple enemies.

If she is successful in her team fights she can keep her powerful dragon form a long time. But if she gets too low hp she is knocked out of her dragon form and her dragon and human form become for a brief time an ultimate hybrid that allows her to fight for her life (literally).

Her ramping damages allow her to duel tanky champions given the time, and her Ult and disables burst will allow her to take down smaller targets, even if to do so in team fights she must expose herself. Her passive makes it dangerous to kite Shyvana and makes it so she isn't unviable in league of mobility. Her weaknesses are that she is melee, her ult can be missed or expose her, and that her biggest damage source requires her to be immobile and in ultimate form. It would make for some very interesting comps however. (Shyvana E's an entire team while galio ults? Yes please.).

I think this would be a very interesting champion to watch and much better realizes the power fantasy of a Dragon champion. I think she could be balanced with numbers, and the fact that her mobility is limited to her passive at low health and her ultimate and that if she uses her stun she loses her mitigation and movement and damage bonuses unless she is low health or in her ultimate. I like this much more than the idea of "Godzilla while her ult is up" that riot was talking about, I think she isn't just a sometimes dragon she is a Hybrid! And as such she has the best of both worlds when under duress and fighting for her life (low hp) her full potential comes to play and she has to make a meaningful choice on whether to use it to try to escape or punish those who would do her harm. Gnar has way more utility and mobility in his kit than she would, and most her benefits also come with a down side but she would be able to retain her identity as a tanky duelist that you don't wanna mess with while fixing all of her problems and boring gameplay to watch. If you tell me it's not cool to watch a dragon breath fire or swoop out of the sky and pin some guy down and chomp his head off idk what I can give you that is interesting :)

I especially like the new ideas for the abilities
