Lore:

Day 1: The elders told me to keep a journal of my life. They said it will help me improve my abilities faster...

Day 2: I've been told my magic is very strong, and that I've been learning faster than any other cryomancer. I wish I had some classmates though, it's lonely being by myself with the teacher.

Day 7: My current teacher says there is nothing left to teach me. It's nice I have a few days off to play with my magic.

Day 11: I have another new teacher, he seems really old. He's very mean and hits me whenever I get a incantation wrong. Though, he doesn't hit me often since I get the hang of these things pretty fast.

Day 14: The elders have put me on the barrier team to keep the ionian blizzard from blowing our tribe away while I'm away from school. This doesn't seem that hard...

Day 15: I surprised my teachers by holding down the entire storm by myself. I didn't think it was such a feat until they told me it takes nearly 50 people to hold it back.

Day: 207: I lost my journal. I couldn't really be bothered to find it since my courses were getting harder and harder. However, right now, I'm the strongest cryomancer in the tribe.

Day 211: Today's my birthday, and I get the day off. It's nice to walk around the frozen forests and splash around with my magic.

Day 212: There's a food shortage. The crops, despite being constantly frozen, have dwindled. Some people have gone out to find food and wildlife.

Day 220: I found a way to make it so I don't age. I literally feel like I can lift up the mountain on the center of this island. This all came at a cost though, my nerves have been frozen. My body is so cold.

Day 221: The elders cannot reverse the effects of what I did to myself. They said I will be cold until I die.... whenever that is.

Year 1: I lost track of the days, and because I've been elected to keep the tribe safe, I have little time to write. I'll log down a passage every year though.

Year 2: The tribe is in disarray since there's not much food. We've been getting by on tree bark and various small critters around the forests. It doesn't help that everything is covered in several feet of snow. It's what we get for setting up in Ionia.

Year 3: We found a great location with lots of food. This will easily last us several years.

Year 10: Lost my book again. The food storage we found 7 years ago has been used up. Another food shortage.

Year ?: I don't know what year it is. I keep losing my book, and it's been such a long time. Everyone is getting anxious due to the food shortage. More people have left to find food. We have around 100 people left.

Year ?: I completely forgot about this thing. It's been ages since I've even thought of this book. The tribe has relocated to find a food source. No luck.

Year ?: I've taken it upon myself to leave the tribe for a while to find food. There's a place called Noxus on the main land. I wasn't there when the scouts came back. The snow around us is starting to melt, so I fear what will happen if we don't find food soon.

When I returned from Noxus, everyone was gone without a trace, the only thing left was this book lying in the snow. I have no one. I have no idea how long it has been since I've first started writing this diary, I lost count of the years, but what I can say is that it's definitely been several centuries if not a millennium.

I've traveled back to Zaun, a place near Noxus that has strange... things there. They have pure power flowing through the ground, and material that is harder than any rock or ice I've ever felt. When I arrived, someone attacked me, but I wiped that person out in an instant. The inhabitants didn't like my self defense and have forced me to wear this brace that nullified my magic.

Roles: Fighter

Abilities:

Passive: Hextech Magic Limiter: Sui's magic is nullified, however he is strong enough to resist it. Replacing his mana bar is a Endurance Bar. Each basic attack and ability cast generates 30 Endurance. The Endurance gained is doubled if the ability hits a champion or kills a unit. Sui loses 2.5% of his Endurance per second while out of combat for more than 5 seconds. His Endurance bar drains completely if he is out of combat for 20 seconds. At 250 Endurance, Sui's abilities and basic attacks deal 10% additional final damage. (Damage applied after Armor and Magic Resist are taken into account.) At 500 Endurance, Sui's abilities deal an additional 15% final damage. At 800 Endurance, Sui's abilities gain new effects. At 900 Endurance, Sui's attacks deal true damage and his Endurance is consumed at a rate of 10 per second. The drain increases to 30 per second after 3 seconds. He continues draining until he loses all his Endurance.

Q: Shiverblade: Sui sheathes his katana and begins charging. He gains 10% movement speed when approaching enemy champions, however he cannot make basic attacks or activate abilities except this one. After a brief delay, Sui can reactivate this ability to cleave the area in front of him, dealing physical damage that scales with his Endurance and attack damage. The damage increases the longer he charges, up to 75%.

10 second cool down.

Q: Parallel Mirror Slash: Instead of reactivating the ability, Sui can instead land a basic attack to deal the damage and now slows the target. While charging, Sui's basic attack range increases to 550 and when he attacks, he teleports behind the target.

W: Ice Rink: Sui spawns a ice rink under him. While on the rink, Sui gains movement speed. Enemies on the rink slide around on it as if they were on ice and are slowed.

20 second cool down.

W: Ice Age: Same effect except while this is off cool down, Sui creates a trail of ice under him which has the same effect as Ice Rink.

E: Icicle Spike: Sui sends out a small shockwave in the ground in a skill shot. If it hit's an enemy, several ice spikes shoot up from the ground and knock that enemy up as well as all enemies around it in a small AoE. If cast while Sui is on Ice Rink, the ability travels faster and the knock up lasts longer.

9 second cool down.

E: Icicle Impalement: As well as sending out the skill shot, Sui sends out several other skill shots that rush to all enemies standing on ice and knocks them up as well.

R: Glacial Purge: Sui breaks away from his hextech limiter and begins charging. After 4 seconds, Sui let's out a massive wave of ice that flies out around him globally, hitting everyone on the map. (Like an Ezreal ult, but in one single circular wave) Enemies hit take magic damage that scales with current physical damage and are slowly greatly. Consumes all Endurance.

120 second cool down.

R: Judgement of the Cryomancer: Sui charges for 2 seconds and freezes every unit on the map for 2 seconds while dealing large damage to them.

Quotes:

Chosen: "Stay frosty."

Joke: "Hey, summoner! I have a story! It's called the awesome cryomancer. Once, there was a cryomancer, he was so awesome that EVERYONE DIED! The end." "I don't always stay cool, but when I do, I tend to freeze everything. Stay frosty my friends."

Joking near Anivia: "I wish you could have taught me when I was still learning Anivia. We would have been great friends."

Taunt: "Hey look, you're skin is turning blue.

Taunting Nasus: Pulls out a frozen stick and waves "Who wants the stick? Who wants the-- GO GET THE STICK!" He throws it

Taunting Nunu: "Kids these days. In my day, we didn't have no yetis! I don't thin Yetis live in Ionia anyway..."

Taunting Anivia: "Does Anivia want a cracker?"

Buying an item: "I really hope this doesn't jam in ice." "This looks nice." "Hey while you're at it, can you take this limiter off?"

Buying Health Pots: "This smells funny."

Buying Mana Pots: "I... uh... don't think these are necessary."

Filling up his inventory: "You really don't wanna know where I pack all this."

Getting a penta kill: "The cryomancer was so awesome that EVERYONE oh..-- well I guess I'm just that awesome."

This champion idea lacks clarity as it doesn't follow the general format for explaining abilities. Each of his abilities are listed twice with different, sometimes conflicting effects. I think the cryomancer theme is cool. I think the Ronin idea is cool. I don't think the two should be mixed in this fashion. Also the Hextech Limiter is a cool concept. The base of your champion idea should have stemmed from this and not just thrown into his passive and ult.

When I think of a Hextech Limiter I'm imagining some Mega-Gnar scale power being hidden. Some power so immense that Jayce and Vicktor had to team up to stop it. Cryomancy could be his thing, but the build up to his ult has to feel powerful, his ult has to feel and be powerful. When I see this champ locked in during champ select, the only thing I should be thinking about is, how i'm going to shut him down before level six.

Not sure about the ronin lore, but allow me to explain it.

Sui is a very strong Cryomancer who lives in his tribe on Ionia during the most recent ice age. Using Ice Magic, and a little bit of luck, he was able to prevent his body from growing older by preserving his tissue cells. As time grew on, his tribe fell prey to famine due to the snow and ice. Sui seeked to remedy this by going out and finding food or moving the tribe entirely. However, on his last run, he returns and the tribe has mysteriously disappeared with only his book left. Power wise, Sui could easily take on Rek'sai and Mega Gnar at the same time without even sustaining a scratch while liiterally throwing the other two through the air. This is, of course, without the limiter.
