[Champ Concept] Wylax, the Stalker among Wisps

Think of Wylax as a white-eyed, pale off-white, slightly glowing hound-like creature, similar to a combination of these two, but instead of spikes like Omen (bottom image if you didn't know, he was a scrapped champion), he houses wisps who speak for him as he cannot talk but instead growls.

IN-GAME: In game, Wylax is portrayed with similar walking animations to Rek'Sai, however he has wisps at his side and folowing him as he walks.

NOTES: Skills start to do on cooldown the moment Wylax has used it to leap onto the wall. **btw, where it says On or off targets etc etc, it actually is meant to say, it can be used on or off a wall, and targets either. Typo on my part sorry :P

WALL MECHANICS: Wylax can walk on top of a wall, simply click on a targeted area on the wall to do so. Incapacitate can also be simply cast on a target area to leap off to the area. Good for evading trouble.

NOTE: Phantom units have their screen turn a tinted light blue around the edges, a bit complicated, but meant to make the opponent feel that Wylax is on the prowl and Wylax is after THEM (a sort of 1 on 1 duel). In this sort of situation, I tried to make it possible, so Wylax could actually "lose" when using the skill. If not used effectively, it can sometimes have bad consequences.

LORE: "A mutant, a defect, forever feasting... Our Wylax is on the prowl. We must be with him, for if not, we starve, we starve for magic, for energy. First let us start on his origins. Our Wylax was not meant to be so ravenous, so hungry... It was the terrible wars of magic and fighting between nations, Noxus, Ionia, Demacia, Freljord, the Shadow Isles, Bilgewater, Zaun, Piltover, the Void, that terrible place wanting to invade all of Runeterra, while these petty nations fight with each other. The wars invaded our forests, the Wisp Forest. Our home. Wylax was one of us before he was struck between two blasts of magic, one of harmony and one of discord, giving him his pure aesthetic look, but a dark personality, we came to know the people responsible as Karma and Syndra.

This turned Wylax into the ravenous beast he is now, usually us wisps feed on miniscule amounts of magical energy, usually from the sap of the arcane trees in our forest. Now, Wylax grew and his desire for this was elevated. Instinct seemed to tell him he could get this from eating organic matter, like a bloodthirsty carnivore. As it turned out, this was true. Now to survive, Wylax must absorb much more magic energy and supplement it with these violent acts of bloodthristy rage. Our forest has been destroyed and all of the wisps can feel a great war is coming, and we are caught in its crossfire. Without a home and with no food source all of the wisps now rely on Wylax to kill and to gain as we feed off some of his energy as he does others. We all wish it could not be this way, but to survive as a race we have no choice. We must feed..."

Upon Selection: -"You should run..." (Wylax growls viciously), "His stalk has begun..."

Moving: -(growling) We know who you seek to kill. -Stealthily, Wylax... (soft growl) -(frustrated roar) Do not be impatient, you will get there eventually. -There are endless crossroads in a desolate forest... -(various growls) -We approach your desire, Wylax. -(deep growl) He wants to get there faster... -We know...

Attacking: -(roar) It is too late for you! -Wylax is ruthless! (roaring) -(guttural growl) He says you are next. -What Wylax wants, he will get. -It is unfortunate you met him on his prowl. -This crossroad is your end! -(wylax roars) Run or he'll end you!

Taunts: -(evil growl) He says he doesn't like you, too bad... -You should definitely start running away. (roar)

Taunt towards : -(ferocious roar) Wylax says you are a weak hunter, Rengar...

Taunt towards : -(ferocious roar) Wylax believes you are a puny insect.

Taunt towards : -We know you like peace... Why did you not keep it?

Taunt towards : -(growling) He doesn't like you Syndra, we do not either.

Joke: -(conversational growl) What? Now that's just plain stupid Wylax. -So a monster walks into a- (annoyed growl) Oh, you've heard that one before.

Dance: -Wylax shakes around and swings his tail while waving his arms in the air.

HIDDEN PASSIVE(s): As Wylax gets lower and lower on health, wisps that are by his side slowly decrease in number. If Wylax is on a sort of killing spree or has obtained a multi-kill, his wisps grow numerous, and this can become quite hilarious if Wylax has not died for a long time and is on a killing spree.
