Can we actually talk about the lack of star guardian urgot?

Really wondering why this doesn't exist, it's actually a great idea and rioters have mentioned it as a joke before, but I'm curious as to why it hasn't been released yet? In all honesty urgot could use the skin, I think it'd be good for him to get the attention and might make him a top pick.

Basically I'm asking why it isn't being inplemented, I haven't seen any skin theme that was better received by the community. I'd like to hear the thoughts of my fellow players too, along side red post if possible.
