Guardian of the Sands Rammus Deserves A Bit More

So we've all heard of the new skins by now, the two I'll be talking about are GotS Rammus and GotS Skarner.

Both skins have the same theme and the same price, but it feels that Skarner has more. He gets new particles for all of his abilities and Rammus only gets a new powerball with wings. It's a nice looking skin, but I think almost every Rammus skin has a new powerball, some at a lower price. And why should Skarner get particles on all abilities and Rammus only gets a new Q animation, I mean the skins are the same price. I just think that there should at least be new particles for his R. This shouldn't drive up the price however because it's really just evening it out with Skarner.
