Removal of smite as a summoner spell making it an item effect?
I might be a bad man for suggesting this but I'm curious about smite becoming an item effect ?
Assuming jungle items would be.made slightly weaker how would this work out

Smite is needed for Objectives such as Baron and Dragon, the jungle items fall off and usually are replaced with the last item of their build. Replacing a summoner spell with an item will handicap them similar to 
does to supports for a slot, but unlike supports, junglers have the pleasure of selling their item for another that's more slot efficient at lategame.
