Passive - Frozen Dreams: Lissandra will periodically be able to choose from a list of her allies. When she does, her body grows cold, causing her to fall asleep but greatly increasing her armor and magic resist. Taking damage will break her sleep, and redirect her vision to herself. When Lissandra chooses an ally, her vision will be focused on them, and a truly invisible and untargetable vision of a youthful Lissandra will be able to move around within their field of view. Dream Lissandra can cast her Q while invisible, causing her to briefly become visible, which will break her sleep.

Q - Ice Shard: Lissandra hurls a spear of ice in a line which deals magic damage to the first enemy it hits and slows them for a second, while dealing half the damage to all enemies in a cone behind them.

  • Dream Shard - Frozen Dreams: Lissandra hurls a spear into the mind of the first enemy champion hit, putting them to sleep for up to 3 seconds. The sleeping enemy champion wakes when taking damage.

W - Frozen Thrall - Passive: Whenever an enemy champion dies near Lissandra or Dream Lissandra, she spawns a Frozen Thrall from their corpse, which lasts for 3 seconds. Frozen Thralls gain Black Ice Corruption. Frozen Thralls chase nearby enemies, prioritizing champions. Enemy champions killed by Frozen Thralls become Frozen Thralls themselves.

  • Iceborn Subjugation - Active: Lissandra targets an enemy or allied champion, excluding herself, causing them to become a Frozen Thrall for 3 seconds, slowing their movement, disarming them, silencing them, and making them untargetable for the duration. If a Frozen Thrall is active Lissandra can recast this ability to forcibly command their movement.

E - Glacial Path - First Cast: Lissandra summons a giant claw of ice that moves forward in a line, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through and leaving behind a Glacial Path. Frozen Thralls and Lissandra gain bonus movement speed while moving along the Glacial Path.

  • Ring of Frost - Second Cast: Lissandra causes a second claw to reach up around her a pull her underground, before the first claw explodes open, dealing magic damage and rooting all surrounding enemies, as Lissandra rises from the ice at the first claw's location.

R - Black Ice Corruption - Passive: Placing herself, an enemy, or an allied champion under a sleep, stasis, or under the effect of Iceborn Subjugation will cause Black Ice to spread from them and lasts for the duration of the crowd control effect, slowing the movement and attack speed of surrounding enemies, and when Lissandra's target is free from her control, the Black Ice shatters, dealing magic damage to all enemies within.

  • Frozen Tomb - Enemy Cast: After a brief delay, Lissandra freezes the target enemy champion, stunning the target for a second, the Black Ice corruption is extended to 3 seconds.

  • Frozen Throne - Self Cast: Lissandra instantly entombs herself, placing herself in stasis for 2 seconds while healing over the duration, the Black Ice corruption is extended to 3 seconds.

I like this much more than your previous versions, but it comes with incredibly complex problems that will need some aggressive addressing.

Mainly her Iceborn Subjugation. A Would-be Polymorph with movement control of an enemy champion for up to 3 seconds (And transformation cc like Polymorph aren't affected by Tenacity so 3 seconds is a true value) is op as hell. This Ability will need an incredibly high cooldown if it's used on enemies to be fair, but then that will explain just how broken this Ability is. If you have to create a weakness that is as absurd as it's strength to balance an Ability, then it is a problematic Ability by core. Abilities that reach for two extremes are insanely hard to balance.

And her R being a passive effect to the W only further underlines that problem. That is a ridiculously hard to apply Ability that will come with so many frustrations and problems. Her old W and current R feel much fairer in comparison.

this version is definetly better than the previous one, but it still needs some good working on. But from where I see it, you're getting the hang of it.
