For CCOS MARCH: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/fKI3tBec-ccos-march-entries-here Just a quick entry, will add a lot more very soon.

KAUNCH, Predator of the Black Mist PRIMARY: Fighter SECONDARY: Tank

ABILITIES:

Passive- Scent of Prey: PREDATOR: Kaunch is perpetually surrounded by two invulnerable spirit 'wharf sharks', that can attack all non structure enemy units on command, and prioritise enemies that Kaunch is currently attacking or attempts to click, provided they are within 600 range. When Kaunch's sharks attack enemies, they deal 20/23/26/29/32/35/38/41/44 (+1% of Kaunch's Total Health) physical damage on each basic attack. However, Kaunch's basic attacks deal 10% reduced damage at all times. Sharks have a base 0.80 attack speed. PREY: Each enemy champion on the enemy team emits a scent radius of 950 units, which Kaunch and his sharks can use to track them via their abilities, provided their scent radius is within the smell radius of 600 units from at least one hound.

Q- Ravenous Hunger: Kaunch sends out one of his sharks to rush in a fold of spectral energy towards a target enemy unit, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+20% AD)(+1.5% of Kaunch Total Health) physical damage to the target and enemies encountered along the way, before diving back towards Kaunch side, dealing the same damage upon its return. If an enemy scent radius contacts a hound smell radius, the enemy is revealed to target, even through fog of war. Kaunch is healed for 1/1/1.5/2/2% of his missing health per enemy struck when his shark hound returns to him. (9/9/9/9/9 sec cooldown) (20/25/30/35/40 health + 1 available spirit hound)(750 Range/Unrestricted during Hunter's Fury)

W- Bloodscent: PASSIVE: Grants each wharf shark bonus 15/18/21/24/27% attack speed when attacking enemies below 50% health.
ACTIVE: Sends a shark forward to constrict and cripple an enemy, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% AD) (+55% AP) magic damage, while rooting it for 0.5 seconds, and slowing it by a decaying 40% for another 1 second after. This enemy is then marked with Bloodscent for 5 seconds, increasing their scent range by 100 and leaving a trail of Bloodscent behind them, which gives Kaunch's sharks double the passive attack speed given from this skill when attacking enemies and Kaunch and his sharks gain 7% bonus movement speed while on the trail. (16.5/15.5/14.5/13.5/12.5 sec cooldown) (600 Range)

E- Hunter's Fury: Kaunch enhances his next basic attack to gain 100 range and deal bonus 15/35/55/75/95 (+50% AD). The target enemy is then prioritized to be attacked by both of Kaunch's sharks for the next 3.5 seconds, and becoming able to ignore staying within 600 units of Kaunch. As the sharks move, their smell radius moves with them, allowing Kaunch to potentially use Ravenous Hunger from far away. Each attack the sharks execute during this time heals Kaunch for 5% of the damage it deals. (14/13/12/11/10 sec cooldown) (+100 Range)

R- Circling Frenzy: Upon activation, Kaunch's sharks begin to circle a target enemy, surrounding them in a large circular area for 4.5 seconds, that slowly closes in over the duration. During this time, Kaunch can still use his other skills and the sharks replace Kaunch's basic attacks, and Kaunch has his attack speed set to a flat 1.00, which can be enhanced through Bloodscent during this time (1.50). As an auto attack, instead sharks lunge at an enemy within the circle, dealing the damage they have listed from Scent Of Prey. If enemies walk out of the circle, they are slowed by 80% for 1 second, but take no damage. Sharks that attack enemies marked with Bloodscent slow their target by 10% for 0.5 seconds. Sharks additionally apply life steal from items and Hunter's Fury. By continuously reactivating the skill, Kaunch can move and reposition the circling frenzy. If an enemy does not escape the circle within the 4.5 seconds, it closes in on them, making them take 14/17/20% of their maximum health in physical damage. (120/105/90 sec cooldown) (900 Range)

NOTES: -The skills is moveable in a similar way to Viktors ultimate, however, Kaunch has to micromanage his sharks attacking, his own safety, and the movement of the circle, which moves at a flat 335 movement speed, increased to 375 while Kaunch is under the effects of Bloodscent.

LORE:

  • (TLDR LORE) Kaunch was a bounty hunter from Bilgewater who one day came to the Shadow Isles, along with his tracking pets, wharf sharks, which had an extremely good sense of smell. This day resulted in the joined death of Kaunch and his pets through binding magics, carried by an unknown specter of no known name. Now dead, and connected with his pets, Kaunch uses his tracking skills, working with or for Kalista, their differed opinions, respectively, to track down betrayers and mark them down for her until their end comes, through Kalista's hand.

The thief had taken an unexpected turn, down the alleyway and into a wet doorway, plagued by the smell of rotten fish and the sea. It was a bad decision. He had been cornered and there was nothing he could do about it, nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. But what use would it have been anyways, for he was being relentlessly tracked by Warren and his wharf sharks, a bounty hunter and his tracking pets working for a gang in Bilgewater, seeking out the culprits of unpaid debts or thieves like the very one he was chasing down now.

"Pay up. Or face a fine far worse than that one." The bounty hunter spoke, gruffly, but somewhat well mannered, as the pattering four feet of his wharf sharks resonated of the wet floor while they trotted up beside him. Warren's sharks were rearing for an attack, their beady, gleaming eyes reflected such nature. The thief saw those eyes, they were the eyes of something wild, preparing for a kill. The wharf sharks now circled the thief, and in a panic, out of his pockets did he pull wads of cash. Warren leant over, as if to pick up the money, but instead left it, and looked the robber in the eye, his stubble clearly visible to the thief amidst the dark night. "Now... I'm not usually one to let people like you go. But my client, wants me to keep people like you alive. I think he's an idiotic fool for doing that, but orders are orders. Goodbye thief, lest you return to this place know that Bandit and Kraken here remember a smell when they sense one, and they will hunt you down. And I won't stop them, for a task like that wouldn't be under my client's orders." Warren's menacing tone was only enhanced by the storm clouds that gathered outside. Then, the thief ran, in a hurry to escape. The wharf sharks reared and growled. "Leave him boys, he'll come back..."

And he did. But not to Bilgewater, but to the nearby cluster of islands called Shadow Isles, where Warren had by fate also happened to be passing, on the trail to find another culprit, who this time took a loan but never payed back his client. On the ship which had departed from Bilgewater, Bandit and Kraken became agitated. "They've found him. Over there." Warren pointed to the place covered with black mist and smoke. The captain of the ship didn't recommend it, but Warren was determined and no one was going to stop him from catching his target. Arriving on shore, the wharf sharks led Warren to the thief. The very thief they encountered a few months before. Both were bewildered upon seeing one another. "You?" Both parties questioned. "Well, you may not be the man I am hunting down at the moment, but to spare you is not currently the indicative set by my client. Kraken! Bandit!" Warren called upon his sharks, but the thief looked less scared and more assertive this encounter. "Oh I'm terribly sorry bounty hunter! I may have been alone this time, but not today. You see I have a group of people I'm part of, we're planning to take an idol from around these parts. You 'eard of it? Yeah, big, shiny, worth a lot of money." The thief replied, as a group of men armed with guns and pistols came from out of the bushes and mist. Before Warren or his sharks could take any action, to fight or to flee, they were shot.

Warren awoke in front of a spectral figure. Kalista. "Ah, you have awoken. We have chosen you to become undead. Don't worry about those thieves, we have taken care of them. Your tracking skills are superior, and with you and your little pets, you and me can hunt the mortals who have committed the ultimate act of sin, betrayal." Kalista spoke softly, her ghostly voice already providing enough clarity for Warren to hear. "Your name is Kaunch, it means hunter over here in the Blessed Isles, the island this place once was..." Warren was terribly confused. He looked around, and saw the green, spectral outline of Bandit and Kraken beside him. He was both relieved and upset, especially once he saw himself. "What am I supposed to do? What is my purpose?" Warren questioned the spear wielding specter. "You, Kaunch, unlike all the other spirits here, will have a purpose. To put it simply, you will work for me. Track down those who i tell you to, mark them for me and I will deliver the final blow." Kalista explained. Warren was oddly enthralled. He was under management again, he was being hired. Readily, Warren agreed. Kalista then spoke once more, as if she didn't finish something the other times she had spoken. "Whatever happens, hunter of the black mists, do not ever take my kill... The target is mine, and mine alone." These words suddenly affected Warren. He could not kill? He couldn't finish a target? Was he only a trapper?

For the next few years Warren took these words in his stride, but slowly, he became more envious of Kalista, and the things she authorised herself to do. Warren felt his efforts were to waste. He had tracked down the betrayer, but could not deliver the final blow? He knows he cannot fight her now, but when he can, he will overthrow her, and gain his own right, to work together as equals. The very thing he had always wanted, to work for someone, but to be treated as their equal and not given orders everywhere he went. "Her time will soon come, and I will strive at making our work a very enjoyable partnership..." >:)

Right off the bat I'd say your ult needs a bit of work. It punishes the target for both staying in the circle and leaving the circle, which just doesn't seem like good gameplay. If you're going to have all of those effects to try and keep them in the circle, then having them take damage for getting away from it is counter-intuitive.
