The harrowing game celebration (Halloween) is not going to be connected to the harrowing in the lore with the black mist and the shadow isles.

Just a little heads up, just because You don't think skins are cool doesn't mean they're not harrowing skins Shocking isn't it. Riot (The people who made the skins FYI if you didn't know) made Slayer Jinx, pantheon and Zombie Nunu said those were the harrowing skins, which means that Riot (The people who made the skins) made the skins for the HARROWING.
