It's about time for a new Talon skin
Talon was one of my favorites before the rework, and I consider his rework to be loads of fun to execute (not sure how I feel about his actual power levels yet). His rework made me want to play him even more. Which, in turn, makes me wish I had some skins for Talon that I would have a lot of fun using.
Project Talon - Obvious. This needs to happen. So many cool directions this can go in. Gotta be blue, blue's my favorite color and talon's base color is blue. You know it would be like just printing money to release it, so just do it ASAP. His dash attack could involve almost a teleporting visual effect. His W could be holographic darts of light which at the end of their flight have a digital portal opening effect to materialize techy blades that then fly back.

Not only did his original costume already kind of look similar, except blue, but with the new parkour the relation is it's no longer deniable. If Lux can have a sailor moon rip off costume, I think we can get a Talon Assassin's Creed rip off costume. Custom and varied walljumping animations are also a possibility, at the cost of being a more expensive skin. Ie: a forward handstand flip over a wall that you are bounding over, or having a couple variations on the forward wall flip. Versus having a different animation for a flip that merely bounces or runs off the wall to travel forward. There's even the possibilty of having a different animation for the shorter versus the taller obstacles on maps.
Ninja Talon - Not just his wall jumping, but his new kunai's turning into shurikens and being pulled back just looks ripe for some naruto inspired designs. You could have his ultimate look like it triggers a smoke bomb to conceal himself. Spec Ops or Omega squad Talon - I'd personally go more for the later, going for more of a tech theme rather than a natural military theme. You could also go in different direction pulling more inspiration from splintercell or metal gear style spec ops costumes and gear. It would all fit with his mobile assassin nature.
Chosen Talon - Who doesn't like lightsabers, force powers, and star wars style tech? Complete with new sounds, and I'd be wiling to pay for some new animations if necessary too. You can't go wrong here. Instant buy.
Forsaken Talon - Someone else suggested this, but he had a point: You could do some cool looking stuff along the theme Jayce has. It would be an easy theme to pull off for Talon.
