(sorry the art isn't great, but i did what I could in a short time with no skill :D) Side note: This is a work in progress please be patient and give good advice.
Appearance:
His appearance is inspired more from a superhero aspect since I love them. He is a champion who flies rather than walks. He has what appears as a scarf which leads into a giant cape. His face is hidden aside from his eyes, in either a full head mask or a helmet. Around his head is is a construct which is crystal like in structure. The same structure is around his shoulders, knees, arms, and feet. they are not attached to his body and sort of float there in place. He wears sort of a loose full body suit which is very tight on top from neck to his waist and lose for the legs, sort of like baggy pants. It's not all the same color, such as his fingers are a different color and his shoes. I haven't decided on the color scheme, but I'm thinking blue, white, and yellow.
Lore:
I laid still. motionless. The wound I had sustained would soon overpower me. My vision was failing. I tried to hold back the tears, but I couldn't. I knew the end was near, but I wanted to keep going. To survive this and go on to live my life. I missed home. I missed walking down the road carelessly. I missed it all.
The battle had passed and I was just another victim. Left for dead, I was thrown into the ruin and bodies that filled the scarred terrain. I could only make out the scent of cinder as ash rained from the sky. The clouds were starting to part. I gazed to the heavens whose throne was lined with stars, as if they were tiny jewels and gems. I wanted to plead with the sky for mercy, but I lacked the strength to move my lips.
My body quivered as I pleaded within myself for help. For some means to save myself. But it was silent. The soldiers I was with had abandoned me, I was already passed the point of saving in their eyes. I was weak to them. Perhaps they were right. Perhaps death would embrace me softly like gentle snow.
"Look wolf" I heard a faint voice say. "A new friend.". "His body is still, little lamb, but his heart runs from you. Allow me to finish this so we can begin the hunt." Came a voice which made my heart tense. "Alright then, dear wolf." Said the softer voice. A dark shadow engulfed my view. I couldn't make out the being, but I could feel it's presence. Menacing. Thirsty, angry. I could feel it as my body began to give into this horrid beast. I took a look toward the heavens and begged one last time.
As the creature went for the final blow, it withdrew itself from my person. Both of their heads thrust toward the sky as they looked at the heavens nervously. "We shale take our leave now, dear wolf" the white outline spoke softly. "He comes here out of place lamb. We will leave this one for now, but sooner or later, he will be hunted down." My eyes blurred by tears, dust, and ash, I could only make out the beings as fuzzy dot against the night sky.
A sense of relief grasped over me. As if a great weight had been lifted off. What had I just been spared from. Have the heavens answered my call? Before I could give it another though, it came. The earth shook around me so violently that my body was thrown back. I was slammed into the remains of an old stone building, the moss, which covered it, cushioned me as I collided. I didn't open my eyes for a while, the dust and ash blocked me out from seeing anything. I partially didn't want to open them. What ever had just occurred drained the relief I felt earlier.
I managed to open my eyes and saw a giant crater where I had been laying. The ash was blow back and the corpses that were piled had been thrown every which way. In the middle stood what looked like a man. No, he wasn't standing, he was floating. I couldn't make out what he looked like. He flew up from the crater and seemed to be looking around. He spotted me. I panicked as I saw him approaching. At that point I passed out. It had been to much for me to handle physically and I was gone. The next thing I know I was inside a recovery ward. They say I was found outside the front door and in horrid condition, but I was lucky as the wounds were treated quickly.

Amongst the vastness of space, amongst the good and the evil, amongst the creators and the destroyers, there is one who brings balance. All must follow the law of natural balance. With creation must be destruction. With rising powers must come falling kingdoms. with life, there must befall death.
Amongst all of the beings that inhabit the realms, only one is chosen to keep balance. He feels the presence of any disturbances in the worlds and goes to correct the natural flow of life. He has come to Runeterra as he could sense the fabric of the world ripping, crossing over to other foundation of reality. He has sensed the creator of the depths of the heavens no longer forging his works. He has sensed deathless life. He has been in search of the causes of distortion in the functioning of life and has come upon the league. They have promised him answers and to have him restore the balance of the worlds if he competes.
