Request for Spooky Gangplank to have Gangplank's old voice
(I didn't think of this first but I don't know who did)
Also bring back the old Q and W sounds (and ult laugh obviously) with it.

i'd be down for this but it's honestly his only skin that matches new new gps voice his others not so much if anything i think toy gp should have the old voice files since he's a bit more...silly
