[Rework Concept] Camille, the Hextech Heart

Passive - The Hextech Heart: Camille's first basic attack against a unit causes a heart beat to begin emanating from them. If Camille attacks while the heart is beating she will have bonus range, deal bonus damage, and gain bonus movement speed for 1 second. However, if Camille waits for the heart beat to reach it's peak, after 3.5 seconds, but no longer than 4.5 seconds, her next attack will gain twice the bonus range, critically strike, deal bonus true damage, and grant bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. The same target can't be effected by Hextech Heart again for 10-5 seconds.
Striking enemies with abilities while the heart beat is critical will cause them to deal bonus damage and gain added effects.
Q - Adaptive Offence - First Cast: Camille targets an enemy champion or large monster, triggering Hextech Heart from long range, regardless if the Hextech Heart is on cooldown for the target. This ability then adapts to Camille and her target's situation. The adaptive ability can only be cast in the 1.5 seconds they are vulnerable during the Hextech Heart.

Spiral Bullet - Long-Mid Range: Camille rockets herself in a line towards the vulnerable target, dealing physical damage to all enemies she passes through, while dealing bonus true damage if she hit's the vulnerable target.

Scissor Assault - Mid Range, Multiple Enemies: Camille rockets forwards, spreading out her legs and spinning, dealing physical damage and knocking away all enemies in her path. If she reaches the vulnerable target she slams her legs together, dealing bonus true damage and applying grievous wounds to them for 2 seconds.

Spinning Jet Kick - Close Range, Low Enemy Armor: Camille spins on her hands as she slashes at the throats of all surrounding enemies, dealing physical damage. The vulnerable target is dealt bonus physical damage based on their max health, as well as applying grievous wounds for 2 seconds.

Thousand Rending Blades - Close Range, High Enemy Armor: Camille unleashes a flurry of short ranged kicks in a cone in front of her for a few seconds, dealing physical damage and shredding the armor of all enemies caught in the cone, every second they are caught in her kicks. While kicking, Camille becomes slowed, disarmed, and silenced, as she moves towards the vulnerable target. The vulnerable target has their armor shredded twice as fast, and they will remain vulnerable until Camille is finished kicking. The armor will remain shredded for 7 seconds.

Heaven Splitting Blade - All Range, Below 8% Health: Camille repels into the air, causing a shadow to appear over her target, and after a brief delay Camille slams into the ground, dealing 8% their maximum health in true damage to the vulnerable target, and physical damage to the surrounding enemies hit by her fall.
W - Tactical Sweep: After a 1 second delay, Camille sweeps her leg to deal physical damage to all enemies in a cone in the target direction, disarming herself for the duration. Enemies hit by the outer half of the cone take bonus physical damage and are slowed by 80% that decays over 2 seconds. Camille is healed for the bonus damage dealt against enemy champions and large monsters.
- The Hextech Heart: Camille gains an adaptive shield for 20% of her maximum health for 2 seconds from either exclusively physical damage or magic damage, based on which type would mitigate the most damage from her vulnerable target.
E - Hextech Hookshot - First Cast: Camille fires a grapple toward the target location. If the grapple collides with terrain, Camille will dash toward and bind to the terrain for 0.75 seconds. While bound, she gains the ability to cast Wall Dive.

The Hextech Heart: Camille can fire the Hextech Hookshot into the vulnerable target, causing Camille deal true damage to them and stun them for 0.75 seconds, as she uses them like terrain.

Wall Dive - Second Cast: Camille dashes in the target direction, dealing physical damage to enemies near the landing location. The range is doubled towards enemy champions and large monsters. She prematurely stops upon colliding with an enemy champion or large monster, knocking back and stunning them and all nearby enemies for 0.75 seconds, while also gaining bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
