**Introduction/Lore ** Has you know Shyvana is plan to get a rework in the future and i thought it would be a great idea to introduce a new dragon champion that has ties to Shyvana . Aozora is Shyvana brother seeking revenge against for killer their mother and siding with the humans. He is a special breed of dragon that can control the lightning elemental.

Aozora main role is a mid lane poke champion that can also be played has a support. He will have similar base stats has Lux General idea of how he look

Passive: Lightning Breath

Every 4 auto attack his next attack will become energize and dealing 10/20/30(+10%ap)(10%ad) magic damage on the first enemy hit. Also when he land a hit on the enemy a return lightning strike will come back to him charging him and granting him 25/35/45% bonus movement speed for 3sec.

Q: Thunder Strike

  • Target Range: 800
  • Effect radius: 300
  • Cooldown: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8
  • Mana: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110

Aozoro calls down a lightning strike at a targeted location dealing 50/90/130/170/210(+80% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies within the target area, slowing them by 25% for 2 seconds. If he kills an enemy with this ability he will have a portion of the ability mana refunded. 25% for minions, 70% for champions.

W: Charge Ball

  • Target Range: 1100
  • Effect radius: 200
  • Cooldown: 15sec
  • Mana: 50 / 65/ 80 / 95 / 110

Aozoro fires an energy ball at a location that explode causing the area to become energize with electron and granting vision for 10sec. If any of Aozora ability damage a target while in the energize zone, a lightning bolt will strike that area dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (30%ap) damage and stunning them for 1.5/1.7/1.9/2.1/2.3 sec. Can hold up to 3 stack of this ability.

E: Electric Current

  • Target Range: 1200
  • Effect radius: -
  • Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13/ 12 / 11
  • Mana: 90/ 100/ 110 / 120 / 130

Aozoro fire an electric current in a targeted direction that deals 80/110/140/170/210(+80%ap) damage to the first target hit. Current can bounce to 4 different target in the area but deal 20% reduce damage for each bounce. For each target hit by the electric current will have their attack speed reduce by 20% but if it just a single target their attack speed reduce by 70% for 3sec.

R: Ultra Plasma Blast

  • Target Range: 5000
  • Effect radius: 500
  • Cooldown: 95/75/55
  • Mana: 110

Aozoro will ascend into the sky becoming targeted by melee attack only for 3sec. He will then unleash a Plasma blast at a location dealing 250/350/450 (+70%ap), Enemy that get hit in the middle will take bonus true damage equal to 10% of their missing health.
