Make a newer version of Blind Pick Summoner Rift

Instead of creating a champion select that causes people to wait more than a minute to do boring things, have people prepick the role they want and the champion they want and the runepages they want and then go into queue and get instantly loaded into game with 4 other players. The advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages, with no more auto lockers or people being unable to get the champion they want, but the disadvantages can be longer queue time with some people not maybe wanting to play support. In that case, they could prepick champion and runes for a role needed to be filled so auto fill reduces queue time, and by skipping champion select and directly loading into game that would make the game alot more fun to play (less waiting is always better, with no autolock trolls and less griefers). Maybe could just try this for nexus blitz mode when it comes out and see how people like it first, instead of directly forcing it on blind pick summoner rift.
