I do agree that fiora needs a new skin, this one suits her well, only problem is the next chance for this to happen is almost next year (Chinese new-year)
Just looks like fiora from Asia. Nothing like the warring kingdoms skins
I like the idea, but this particular art piece looks too much like her base skin and her night raven skin, it isn't really all that unique.

I like it, but I feel like the more obvious candidates need a warring kingdom skin first. 
No please. It's already far too similar to her other boring skins(allthough i have nightraven cause it's nice). All of them just change her clothes and sword a little bit. What she needs is a 1300+ skin that can showcase some true potential to her really boring base.

As long as they are linked with an Actual Warring Kingdoms General I'm cool with it. I hated the Kat and Nid skin because they weren't linked with Warring Kingdom generals, they were just chinese inspired skins...
The skin is of good quality and I appreciate it's art value, but come on man. Fiora is one of the few champs to not be Asianized (according to spellchecker this is a real word, so I'm going with it). Let us have one Frenchie.
