New possible item passives

Personally, I have a few item passive ideas I would really enjoy seeing in game.

An item that increases the range on your abilities and/or basic attacks. This would be helpful for champions that get harassed in lane to fight back a little.
An item that grants abilities the chance to crit
A movement-speed item that increases it substantially but is not boots
An item that you can activate for a teleport or stealth
An item that reduces recall time
An item that reduces your death timer

Maybe increase ability ranges increasing aa ranges would just buff marksman because they can shoot melees farther. Making abilities crit would also predominately buff marksmen but overall buff ad over ap. Theres already movement speed items that arent boots the zeal line for ad and wisp line for ap.
The tp and stealth ones would be cool but thats actives not passives. Reducing recall time dont really know how i feel about that really. Reduce death time runes are one of the least used runes except for a select few builds through time idk how impactful it would be without being absolute must buy level of broken.

item 3094 , for abilities riot already confirmed they won't do this.

This is difficult since some abilities actually can crit. Might be to broken on some champions and it's not like their are crit AP items anyway.

I believe their are plenty of items already that do this.

An item that you can activate for a teleport or stealth

Could be intressting addition to item 3107 & item 3814

An item that reduces recall time

I think that could be broken for toplane. But I guess it would be alright.

An item that reduces your death timer

That mechanic can give some issue's in slowbal scenario's.
