Brainstorm/Guessing Thread for Ivern's Kit

Going off the video preview of him, a root or bind or the like is fairly certain.

But the brushes popping up is really interesting. Could he maybe have terrain/brush creation? Riot mentioned considering it in the past for other champions, but never did it because it was clunky or such. Are they perhaps trying it now?

Another possible idea is manaless or alternate resource. His video kit makes him seem likely to be a jungler (maybe a support), but his voicelines revealed before makes it extremely unlikely he'd thematically kill the jungle creatures. Therefore, he might have like a "Friendliness/Synergy/Protected/etc" resource that builds up when he'd be "in combat" with them. But instead of fighting and killing them, he'd build a resource bar together instead. When the resource bar is full (when someone would normally deplete their health bar to 0), it'd grant Ivern the same gold/experience/something unique to him maybe. Afterwards, the bar would slowly cool down (same rate as death timer or so) or the jungle monsters would visually just scurry away and hide.
