Take my suggestions ya twigs

5/5/2015 - lotsa new items. Will update prices soon. Too lazy. Also converted from PBE to NA (Riot the fuck did you put the item suggestions) 5/6/2015 - The wrath of Djin clean up 5/7/2015 - More stuffz

Staff of Compacted Aura This is a very unique item. It offers three different types of stats for different play styles. Physical champions get AD, attack speed, and armor; Magic Champions get AP, mana, and magic resist; and Tank Champions gain armor, magic resist, and health. Not to mention the passives that pertain to their roles.

3350 gold Active: Can toggle between 3 different effects

  • 30 attack damage
  • 35% attack speed
  • 50 armor -UNIQUE Passive: Auto attacks mark an enemy, dealing 1.5% increased damage to that enemy for 3 seconds. can stack up to 10 times ---45 ap ---510 mana ---50 magic resist ---UNIQUE Active: Deals 50+2*champion level true damage to a minion or monster. If this executes 5% of your health is returned and you gain .5AP (2 second cooldown). -----70 armor -----70 magic resist -----140 health ----- UNIQUE Passive: Damages that deal more than 25% of your health will be reduced by 10%

Blood Boiler 65 AD 25% attack speed UNIQUE Active: Target enemy is slowed by 1.5lvl% and dealt 1lvl magic damage per second for 10 seconds. Upon reaching 10 seconds you are healed for the total damage done. (15 second cooldown)

Dark Locket 70 AP 75% mana regeneration Unique Active: Everytime you are attack you store 3% of the damage (max 350 damage). Upon activation you consume the damage to a target enemy as magic damage. Half of damage is lost upon dying.

Hextech Lotus 95 gold Active: Upon activating the Hextech Lotus is released. This will travel in the unseen parts of the map, revealing 75% of a normal player's vision.

Feeding Trident 50 AD 5% lifesteal UNIQUE Passive: Every 5th attack against a lane minion will snare and deal 20% of it's max health for 5 seconds (that means it deaded), healing for 50% of it's remaining health per second (That means if a minion has 100 health, one second you will get 50 health, 40 health, 30 health, 20 health, and then 10 health). A fifth attack against a champion will slow for 20%.

Wooden Scythe 350 gold 10 AD UNIQUE Passive: Upon auto attacking 10 times, the Wooden Scythe will break and deal 200% of total AD as bonus physical damage over 3 seconds (will not grant stats while broken). Will restore itself after 10 seconds.

Frejlord Sword 50 AD 40% attack speed UNIQUE Passive: Every fourth attack will slow the enemies attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Dark Wall 20 AP 50% mana regen UNIQUE Active: Can place down a wall that reduces all projectile's damage that passes through it by 45%. This wall is a little smaller than Braum's Shield (30 second cooldown)

Energized Wand 50 AP 300 mana UNIQUE Active: Fires a straight line skillshot that deals 10+7%AP magic damage. Upon hitting an enemy they are marked and the Energized Wand will deal 1% more damage per hit, stacking up to five times. (3 second cooldown) (This will deal 52.5 magic damage max)

Arched Blade 45 AD 250 health UNIQUE Passive: There is a 5% chance of splitting a minion or monster in half, having half the base stats of that minion/monster and granting same gold

Enchanted Glasses trinket Gain heightened vision and able to see

Condensed Mana Condensed Mana is a series of buffs that provide over priced, but beneficial end game raw stats. This helps games that last over 50 minutes end faster. Upon buying they provide a buff.

Condensed Physical Mana 100 gold 1 AD

Condensed Magical Mana 90 gold 1 AP

Condensed Stone Mana 90 gold 1 armor

Condense Flux Mana 90 gold 1 Magic Resist

Companions It's something I feel that is lacking from league for a while. I feel like purchasable pets would provide some unique gameplay, especially in team fights and laning. Companions would have a unique ability, activated by G. Companions last until they die.

Golem A very tanky companion. 2000 gold 10 AD per level 20 armor per level 10 magic resist per level Active: Taunts nearby enemy champions for 3 seconds. This is reduced by .8 seconds per ally champion nearby. (30 second cooldown)

Ionian Warrior High damage dealing companion. 2000 gold 15 AD per level 7 armor per level 6 magic resist per level Active: The Ionian Warrior will charge forward, dealing 10*level physical damage to random enemies for 5 seconds. (25 second cooldown)

Sky Hawk High mobility companion. 2000 gold 5 AD per level 6 armor per level 5 magic resist per level Active: Upon activation you will be flung towards the Sky Hawk. (10 second cooldown)

Map Placed items Ooo my most favorite yet controversial mechanic of all of them. It is something that can change immensely how league is played. We already have minor forms of this with Trundle and Anivia, however we can take this a step further.

Camp 500 gold 700 health Passive: Upon placement, campfires will provide +125% health regeneration. Only 3 may exist on a map.

Resupply Station 700 gold 950 health Passive: Upon placement, the Resupply Station will provide +50% health regeneration, +200% mana regeneration, and resupplies charges every 10 seconds when nearby. Only 1 may exist at one time

Archer Tower 1000 gold 1500 health Passive: Upon placement, random nearby enemies will take 4.5*lvl physical damage every half second. 1 per player.

If this executes 5% of your health is returned and you gain 2 AP (2 second cooldown). -----70 armor -----70 magic resist -----140 health ----- UNIQUE Passive: Damage that deals 10% of your maximum health reduces the damage by 40%. This is increased to 50% when below 50% health, and no longer works when below 35%.

Way too complicated. Items should do what they say on the tin, and should fit in a tooltip. This would be better as three separate items.

The AD one is...probably okay, honestly. The armor is a bit odd, but it functions.

The AP item is problematic. It's twice Veigar's passive on every minion if you're at all competent. Disregarding even that incredible power, it's also up to 86 True damage on a 2 second cooldown. That's pretty absurdly, and definitely OP.

The tank one is probably overpowered as well, since that's a HUGE amount of Armor / MR and it grants both health and a powerful defensive boost. The defensive boost is also far too complicated: I'd much rather see it as a weaker anti-burst tool rather than have all sorts of levels based on your current health.

Blood Boiler 65 AD 35% attack speed UNIQUE Active: Target enemy is slowed by 1.5lvl% and dealt 5lvl magic damage per second for 10 seconds. Upon reaching 10 seconds you are healed for the total damage done. (15 second cooldown)

This adds almost 100 DPS per second from the active alone (we're looking at 900 damage over that duration), on a VERY low cooldown, with a 10-second-long 27% slow. That's...no. Way too good for both that damage, that duration, and that cooldown.

Also note that Riot seems inclined to avoid large amounts of both AD and AS. BorK is pretty much the only exception, and I suspect that's intentional.

Dark Locket 70 AP 75% mana regeneration Unique Active: Everytime you are attack you store 3% of the damage (max 750 damage). Upon activation you consume the damage to a target enemy as magic damage. Half of damage is lost upon dying.

Max damage stored is probably a little high: I'd consider making it scale based on level (to balance off the mid-game) and make the storage a bit higher to make the item more usable. Then pick a decent cooldown for it.

Feeding Trident 45 AP 35 AD 200 Mana UNIQUE Passive: Every 5th attack against a lane minion will snare and deal 20% of it's health for 5 seconds, healing for 50% of it's remaining health per second. A fifth attack against a champion will slow for 20%.

I can't think of anyone who would actually want this. It's incredibly niche and quite weak.

Wooden Scythe 30 AD UNIQUE Passive: Upon auto attacking 20 times, the Wooden Scythe will break and deal 200% of total AD as bonus physical damage over 3 seconds (will not grant stats while broken). Will restore itself after 1 minute.

...this seems worthless. It's a weak item that denies you its own stats, and pretty much forces you to count every attack. If you spent gold on this and that final attack DOESN'T kill the target then you've basically lost the fight, since you're down 30 AD.

Frejlord Sword 50 AD 40% attack speed UNIQUE Passive: Every fourth attack will slow the enemies attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Eh. Probably functional, not too exciting.

Hey, I gotta +1 you because I think

Camp 1700 gold 1500 health Passive: Upon placement, campfires will provide +125% health regeneration. Only 2 may exist on a map.

Resupply Station 3500 gold 2000 health Passive: Upon placement, the Resupply Station will provide +50% health regeneration, +200% mana regeneration, and resupplies charges every 10 seconds when nearby. Only 1 may exist at one time

should definitely be looked at. It seems pretty cool to use and it would change some of the gameplay of league. I also like the companions too but I think they should share cooldowns as well as be at least a minute or 2. But that's just my opinion. The condensed Mana idea is good too, Im guessing it wouldn't really take an item slot, just add to stats. But like you said, it would be a high risk thing to do.

If your in to Champion Concepts, I would like you to review my creation and comment please. If you do, try not to read the other comments 1st (there not bad or anything, but I want your honest opinion). Click Here
