Belgar, the Forge's Fire
The Goal: Support AD/Tank Jungler
Belgar is a middle aged, slightly weathered Dwarf. His main theme involves mining, and forging equipment to use for your team. A jungle that also benefits to the role of support is pretty much unventured, and I would like to see feedback on this idea.

Abilities
Passive:
- Miner: Metal ores will appear around the Rift every 60 seconds (max 4 ores on map). Right click to gather the resource (takes 3 seconds) and gain 1+.25lvl metal ore.
- Master Forger : A forge appears at the Rift, Between mid and top for blue side, mid and bot for red. Behaving like a shop, Belgar can use the metal to forge weapons and armor.
Forge items Level 1: Battered Sword: (10 metal) Active: Target player gains +12% AD for 60 seconds. Battered Shield: (10 metal) Active: Target player gains +10% armor and magic resist for 60 seconds. Barbed Arrows: (12 metal) Active: Target ranged player will deal 10% bonus damage as a bleed over 3 seconds for 120 seconds.
Level 6: Fine Sword: Active: (15 metal) Target player gains +15% AD for 60 seconds. Fine Shield: Active: (15 metal) Target player gains +14% armor and magic resist for 60 seconds. Minion Garments: (15 metal) (crafts 3) Active: Target minion permanently increases all stats by 50%. Cannot be place on a siege of super minion.
Level 11: Excellent Sword: (25 metal) Active: Target player gains +20% AD for 60 seconds. Excellent Shield: (25 metal) Active: Target player gains +18% armor and magic resist for 60 seconds. Ballista: Active: (35 metal) Place down a ballista with 5*lvl AD, 1.7 attack speed, and 500 health (health decays by 5% every 2 seconds).
Level 18: Magnificent Sword: (70 metal) Active: Target player gains +25% AD for 60 seconds. Magnificent Shield: (70 metal) Active: Target player gains +22% armor and magic resist for 60 seconds. Siege Garments: (50 metal) (crafts 2) Active: Target minion permanently increases all stats by 50%. On melee or caster minion will increase stats by 150%
Q: Forger's Arm: Target enemy will take 50/60/70/80/90 + 40% AD physical damage and a 30% chance to stun for 1 second. If the enemy is stunned Forger's Arm can be cast again on the stunned enemy. Minions and Monsters take 150% damage and a 55% chance to stun. (6 second cooldown) Hitting a large monster will lower the cooldown by 2 seconds.
W: Forge's Fire: Belgar's hammer glows red hot. Basic attack damage is increased by 12/16/20/24/28% but is dealt over 5 seconds. (13/12.5/12/11.5/11 second cooldown)
E: Hammer Toss: Belgar throws his hammer in a line skillshot, disarming himself for 3 seconds. If he hits an enemy champion he regains his hammer, and slows by 40/45/55/60/65% for 5 seconds. Using Forger's Arm within 3 seconds will increase the stun chance to 60%. (14 second cooldown)
R: Master Swing: Belgar swings his hammer at target area, dealing 100/200/300 + 100% AD physical damage. Allied minions in this area will permanently gain +70/80/90% bonus stats, champions in this area will deal 20% bonus damage for 5 seconds. (120 second cooldown)
