Melee, but attack using his untargetable familiars and have 225 range. ~~ ~~

Passive: Dark Possession: when you are about to be killed by enemy champion you possess then reducing their movement speed by 50% for 4 sec. Tormented Hands [q] Launch your untargetable familiar in straight line dealing 100/120/140/160/180 (+75% of attack damage) physical damage to first enemy hit and drag them short distance at yourself. Cooldown: 8 sec Mana cost: 65/70/75/80/85 Range: 720 Drag distance: 240 Drag duration: 0,3 sec

~~ ~~

Cruel Punishment [w] Slam your familiar in targeted area dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (+60% of attack damage) physical damage to enemies in targeted area. In addition, all hit enemies are knocked up into air for 1 sec. Cooldown: 12 sec Health cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Range: 645 Radius of AOE: 320 Cast time: 0,5 sec

Holy shit this is great! I love the passive.

However: If you're looking to make it so that the target stays within the radius (whatever radius it is) then you should probably increase to like 75% slow, just to make sure this ability's "resurrect" isn't wasted all the time.

Are you sure you didn't make a mistake in your number with Joy of Pain? 25% is a lot. Which essentially means you can only use it for about 4 times until you die. Is the purpose here to get yourself low enough to proc your passive or to give your ADC some more damage because it does the former well, but the later is hardly anything for the health cost it has.

Also, does the ultimate persist even during death? Because it should.

regonas2 votes

Well, i am glad you like. To answer your questions:

  1. Passive have no radius. It is up to your team mates (or minions) to finish the job. You also would possess enemy who would have killed, so it might be unfortunate if Karthus or Caitlyn killed you. Slow is just a bonus way to help your team mate to finish the job and save you.

  2. Nope. Because you use up 25% of current health. If you have 1000 hp, then you use up 250. If you have 100 hp, then you use up 25. If you have 10 hp, then you use up 2,5. It's not maximum health you are sacrificing.

  3. I would persist only if you possess someone. It shouldn't persist if you truly died, because that way the link will be broken.

Riot said they are making more demon champs that will be coming out this could be a possibility.

regonas1 votes

Lets hope so. Making AD support is quite hard, bus this could work. He might be even be one of best support there is, because his kit isn't for top, jungle or mid. His kit is perfectly made for supporting other AD champs.

RangoTangoGanko1 votes

thresh is a good ad supp somewhat because your e but yea i like the kit and i would like another demon like support , like thresh and tahm

regonas1 votes

Well, you see, thresh isn't made to be AD support. I tried to play him AD, but that didn't work for me.

RangoTangoGanko1 votes

yea i know im jsut saying there's potential in some ad supp's most dont exsist tho

Love the whole idea of having controllable minions :D

Vbunnie1 votes

Question on the passive: while pocessing do you still have control of your character or better yet do you have control of their character? E and r are too similar while I understand increasing their attack damage with e is reallly good when you combine that with r you give them too much ad... let us say you have 300 you give them 70 then you ult which gives them another 150 that would mean you would give them a total of 220ad and they did nothing to earn it.... The ult should give lifesteal or something sense you are using health to cast abilities perhaps your e should give lifesteal... Whatever the case you need some form of sustaining yourself..

regonas1 votes

I answer your questions one by one.

  1. No, you don't have control of their character and you don't have control on yourself, too. This ability would give a chance to your adc (or jungle) to save you. Taking control of enemy character would cause players to abuse it a lot and would make this AD support champ to be toxic for the game.

  2. In theory are correct. However, you you play as support and build only attack damage, then you will be not tanky enough and would die a lot. In addition to that, building only attack damage you would lose important support items like: item 3401 item 3800 item 3143 item 2045. Average attack damage with full build with this champ should be about 150-200, unless your whole team is extremely tanky and you don't need another tank.

  3. This isn't top liner nor it's jungler or mid champ. This is AD support. All it should do is to help adc gain kills and protect him/her from being killed. He can buff adc with bonus damage, cc enemies and have some damage on his own. However, E is to give bonus damage to adc and R is more complex than you think.

Sure, putting E and R at same time on same champion would look a best option, but you should really thing about when you do that. E cost % of your current health, so using that o lot would cause you to lose a lot health.

Complexity of R lays in the word "transfer". That means you will lose half of your attack damage and give it to another champion. Losing 50% of attack damage means your abilities will deal less damage, so you should use it at correct moment. Building tons of attack damage here will also be wrong, because you transfer 50% of it to other champion, meaning your all attack damage items become 50% less effective to you. If you lose that much of attack damage and you aren't tanky at all, then what will happen to you? Complexity doesn't end there. While you lose a lot of attack damage, but you also gain true damage on your basic attacks. That means you don't lose as much damage as it looks like. Your damage dealing abilities lose a lot of damage while R is active, but your basic attacks still will do not bad damage. That means that for best use for his ultimate you should be focusing more on attack speed and support items rather on full attack damage items.

I think this build would be best for him- item 3006 item 2045 item 3800 item 3022 item 3153 item 3071. It have good on hit effects, sustain, health, extra slow and movement speed boost. AD support build for AD support.

you are ad you do not need to be tanky you will just wreck face and if you are careful your ad/not tankyness will not matter. People will not play the champ as you intend. They will see ad and think that is the best option because it is the most optimal. this champion does not screme tanky by any means and the passive despite what you invision is stupid. Here is why noone wants to play any champ if you do not get the reward from it. It makes it boring. Not only that but cheating me out of my kills because of me being one champion is dumb. Supports can get kills and should noone said support is just there to help everyone get kills and not get any because that is not the reason why support exists. Yes in the current meta that is all high tear want however in some circumstances (inexperienced or feeder adc/ allies are all dead/ally has died trying to kill the champ so you must kill them before they kill youetc. ) supports need to be able to get kills and secure towers because whatever the situation, someone needs to pick up the slack. Typically in these situations the other (carry lanes) are buisy picking up the slack too much that they cannot help so the support must step up. Not only that but just because you are support does not mean you cannot support without "support items" a good example is galio if you build a ton of armor/magic resist and run in to distract enemies ult exc you can support by pure tankiness. This champion could support much like a high ap janna or nami in that the high damage is how they support by chipping down the enemies in large chunks creating harrassment against them to the point where they try to focus the support rather than the adc tankyness is not necessarry in this champion because this champion does not really have any sustain or tankyness to them (at least not kit wise.) yes they may have a very little amount of cc but this is not the same as sustain or tankyness and should not be credited as the same. This champion is not a tank and is only a support because the passive makes it to where they cannot be anything else.

regonas1 votes

Mate , you just written a wall of text. No sentences, no paragraph, just a wall of text.

Placentas1 votes

I would play this champ. I like everything but the ultimate...

regonas1 votes

Well, it's hard to make ultimate for support champ, make it useful for support, but not too strong. Some cc or damage dealing ulty would make him top liner or jungle. This ulty makes him support.

However, if you have any suggestions, then i would like to hear them.

If you like him, them give him an upvote. He likes upvotes :P

Placentas1 votes

Honestly I'm not sure. All I can think of is maybe his ult is similar to the item where it releases ghosts. Except he can release his minions and they can drag back any enemy towards Ter while essentially paralyzing the target, similar to skarner. But I dunno man.

regonas1 votes

You see, it's really hard to make ulty for AD support. I spend nearly 2 hours to make this one. AD support might be hardest champion to make. I already had like 3 ideas of AD support, but all of them ended up as top or jungle champs.

Anyhow, if you get any more ideas i would like to hear them out, because this one might not be that good for supporting, but better suited for top line or jungle.

Provokist1 votes

Question, the Minions being 'untargetable' means they cannot be auto'd, however, would things such as aoe, or a directed spell affect them, such as Morganas stun or Sions Q and E, because against sion for one, your giving him an endless supply of heavy hitting slows with those minions, yet on the brighter side, they could be a bonus against other hook champions, or stun/charm champions, such as thresh/blitz/ahri/Morgana, simply due to the fact they can block spells. And if this is the case, what will you make their health, BECAUSE i feel they should and could be active minions, being untargetable altogether would make it a little rediculous, i think they should be something like Malzahars Passive, where when they die, you wait for it to proc in the passive to spawn another, with a max of 2 or 3. besides that, the only other thing that bothers me is how Overpowered you can make your ally at lvl 6, this champion sounds like as soon as you hit 6, you all in the enemy with disregard to anything else, Doesnt matter if you die because you gave your ally a huge boost of power to bassically slaughter the enemy Instantaneously after you die, as you put bellow, only counter to such would be Cait/Karth/Xereth or any other global/near global champs.

this sounds like a build you could do on this champ and get away with due to the fact youd be a second AD just for your ADC item 3069 item 3071 item 3031 item 3074 item 3139 item 1332 I feel that, even with its unorthidox look, this build is very viable, making this champion partially anti-support/support, if that makes sense. Anyways great job on the champion idea, love it and would love to see it go live.

regonas1 votes

Excellent question. No, his minions if more like a long arms, just walking alongside him. It they could be damaged and lost, he have no way of bringing them back. That means his minions are unkillable and can't be hit by anything.

Also, two of his abilities relies on those minions, so losing them would mean same thing as being silenced.

In regards to level 6, i have to agree with you. His all in would be really strong. However, he isn't first champ that have really strong all-in at level 6: Leona Sona Chogath Volibear Galio Fiddlesticks Kayle MonkeyKing LeeSin Zilean Alistar these played as support also have get huge all-in boost after level 6. Also, it matter if you die or not, because passive have cooldown and using E+R combo will leave you with low damage, because you transfer you 50% of your AD, meaning building only attack damage items and then losing half of your attack damage wouldn't make you a threat. Enemy team would just simply focus your adc and ignore you.

Your build might work well, but don't forget that while R is active you wouldn't be that strong and you would be easy to kill. Attack speed and health/armor items might work better. The best build i think might be- item 3006 item 2045 item 3800 item 3153 item 3022 item 3071, because it have everything you might need and still would give not bad bonus ad to your adc while you are using R. But, as you may know, there is no perfect build, and everyone builds what they think is right.

Final note, I am glad you liked this idea and if it get a lot of upvotes, then devs might notice it and make a similar champ to it. That would be awesome. Every upvote counts.

thankyou for the reply and clarifying what i had been curious about, This sounds like a REALLY well thought out champ, and now that the clarity of his Abilities (and minions) are clearer to me, i have to agree with most and say this needs to be a champ, Gj m8!

too bad his lore isn't as popular as his kit.

Fowus1 votes

I would be tempted to take him out of the support role since he looks so badass

Do you think he could go jungle? His E could work decently in ganks so would his W

regonas1 votes

Well, if you have a time and could read all other comments, you would see that he is designed to be mainly support.

However, i think there would be a lot of people who would try to jungle or go top with him, because he have some CC and have a bit more range than average melee top liner.

If you manage to build something that would allow him to jungle really well, then i see no reason why wouldn't you be able to jungle. Some of support in recent patches jungled really well.

To make it short, i don't know, mate. He might be played as jungler, but he is designed to be support.

GreenLore1 votes

The E seems kinda impractical to me.

You sacrifice a ton of health to buff an ally for 3 seconds. Depending on your teammate and situation, this buff could be easily wasted, not to mention that after casting it,you yourself probably don't want to be around that fight anymore,so it'd be more practical if you just remained in combat instead.

regonas1 votes

This champ is more complex than you think.

Lets say you now have 1000 health, so with E you will use up 250 health. Lets say now you have 200 health, so with E you will use up 50 health. Lets say you are about to die and have 50 health, so with E you will use up 12,5 health.

Every ability of his is way more complex that it seems. You are right, if you use it at beginning of the fight, then you use up a lot health. If you wait too long, then this bonus will be wasted. You have to use it at a perfect moment. Use it right and you win a teamfight. Use it wrong you lose a teamfight.

GreenLore1 votes

The thing is that you generally don't want to be so low in a fight that the cost becomes acceptable in the first place.

Vladimirs W costs 20% of current health and that hurts already a lot,but that gets kinda compensated by the fact that the ability also heals you and is a good escape. This ability though costs even more health on a champ who has no way to heal himself and it only gives a buff to one of your allies that they mightnot be able to use it anyway.

regonas1 votes

Well, these are numbers i calculated by myself. Numbers can be changed, so that's not a problem if you agree with most of this concept.

Kaeblen1 votes

Really REALLY love this champion. One thing worries me about it though: he has huge damage potential, and may end up being used top lane or jg instead of as a support, because of it.

Solution?---> Kalistia deals only 90% of her total AD on basic attacks. If Ter got a similar treatment it would fit him neatly into the support role AND make his ult that much more rewarding.

Also, what do you think about the passive negating or reducing incoming heal effects on the possessed champion?

regonas1 votes

{quoted}

Well, his passive, E and R are for supporting, so i don't think you could do a lot in top or jungle with only Q and W.

I think movement speed reduction and a chance to be revived is already great enough. We don't need to overload his kit.
