Lilith, The Corruption of Zaun
Lilith is a ranged Debuff type support champion. This is a role not currently filled within the rosters of League. As such Lilith functions radically different from other champions even in the support role. She may not have the largest impact in the beginning of a fight but over time her debuffs stack and build making it harder and harder for her enemies to continue a fight. She is weak over short skirmishes but strong over long fights both with team and without.
Passive - Corruptive Presence Enemies within an 800 range aura gain 1 stack of corruption every second reducing their maximum health by 1%. This can stack up to 10 times. Enemies outside of Corruptive Presence aura lose 1 stack per second.
Q - Amoral Schism An 800 range skill shot that deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+50% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and gives them 1 stack of corruption. +10% damage for every stack of corruption. If the enemy has at least 5 stacks of corruption this also slows them by 50% for 1.5 second. If they have at least 10 stacks of corruption they are stunned for 1.5 seconds. 6 second CD. 20/30/40/50/60 Mana
W - Pervasive Necrosis Passive - Enemies deal 1.5% less damage for every stack of corruption they have. Active - Enemies within 500 range and they take 5/10/15/20/25 (+8% AP) magic damage per stack of corruption and have their movement speed reduced by 5% per stack of corruption for 3 seconds. 10 second CD. 50/60/70/80/90 mana
E - Crippling Hex A 600 range AoE spell that deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+50% AP) magic damage after a short delay to enemies and roots them in place for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Enemies hit lose 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% bonus armor for 3 seconds for each stack of corruption. Enemy champions hit by Crippling Hex gain 2 stacks of corruption. 10 second CD. 70/75/80/85/90 mana.
R - Grasping Malice Create a large area around Lilith of such perverse corruption that enemies within the area take 30/60/90 (+20%AP) magic damage and gain 1/2/3 stacks of corruption per second. While enemies are in this area the maximum corruption limit on them is doubled. This area of corruption lasts for 8 seconds. 150/120/90 second CD. 100 mana.
Play Style
Lilith is very bad at dealing damage up front. However, she makes up for this by punishing enemies the longer they stay near her and she has a very strong kit for kiting and peeling to do just that. She has a powerful aura that even tanks feel the effects of if they stay too long. If enemies stay too long they will find themselves with too many stacks of Corruption to flee unless they take Lilith out. To start with she wants to kite or endure as long as she can while keeping her enemies within range of her Corruptive Presence so that they can build up stacks of corruption. Using Crippling Hex to catch enemies is an important step in setting up large amounts of corruption but Amoral Schism can be handy too with its low CD. If Lilith needs to escape laying down Grasping malice may not slow the enemies but they will quickly gain corruption making it very dangerous to chase her through it.
Preferred Items
This is a defensive support late game build with a balance of armor and MR. Zhonya's is added into this because of the synergy of adding corruption while in stasis.
A more AP focused support build for late game.
Lilith can go with more tank like stats and benefit a lot as she can survive longer in teamfights. The longer she is alive the more dangerous she becomes. She can also increase her threat significantly by building AP but this leaves her vulnerable and it can be difficult for her to benefit from the AP but Liandry's can easily be triggered for it's maximum value with her variety of CC and although Lilith deals very little damage up front her damage adds up quickly with corruption.
