Here is my concept for a True hybrid champion, A team fighting tank that transitions into an assassin as he gets lower on health

NAME : Zetho Gender : male Race : previously human currently undead Faction : Shadow Isles Previous Affiliation : BilgeWater

Abilities

Passive (two parts)

Determination- at 50% HP Zetho can not attack and can not be attacked, he can move freely and ignore unit collision too for a short duration, when over he loses some base HP, Ar and Mr in return for AD and MS, his abilities also change, once back over 50% HP the stats and ability changes are reverted

Unbound Killer- starting from 50% HP for every 10% of your HP missing gain 10% CDR and bonus AD equal to 10% of your total AD 40% HP = 10% CDR and Bonus AD 30% HP = 20% CDR and Bonus AD 20% HP = 30% CDR and Bonus AD 10% HP = 40% CDR and Bonus AD

Q - Geyser / Shadow Step

(Geyser) Chose a target area, after a short delay knock up all enemies in that area

(Shadow Step) Chose a target to dash to and stab them from behind, Dealing damage scaling with AD, Ar and Mr, if the target is marked then apply on hit affects as well, if the target dies refund 10% of the ability's cool down, if the target dies and is marked then refresh the ability's cool down

W - Reinforced Mahogany / Dark Water

(Reinforced Mahogany) Increase your defenses by 25% for a short duration

(Dark Water) Passive - gain movement speed while unseen

Active - Dash in a line marking enemies you pass through with "Dark Water", once you reach the end of the dash you cause a ring of dark water to push enemies around you away and mark them too, after a short delay you can recast the ability to get stealthed

E - Raging Storm / Magic Leak

(Raging Storm) Passive - auto attacks strike the target with a lightning bolt applying grievous wounds and reduces armor by 10%, can not be applied on the same target again for 5 seconds

Active - ride a wave in a straight line slowing enemies you pass through, upon landing or recast to end early root all enemies standing near your landing point

(Magic Leak) Send out cursed blades in a cone damaging enemies it passes through (scaling with AD) and steal some mana, recast to pull the cursed blades back, dealing damage (scaling with Ar and Mr), stealing more mana and granting you a shield scaling with total mana stolen, if the recast hits marked enemies then it crits

R - Soul Bulwark / Soul Fracture

(Soul Bulwark) Create a zone of damage mitigation around you for your allies

(Soul Fracture) Detonate all marks dealing damage (scaling with AD, Ar and Mr) and slowing enemy champions with the mark, heal for all the damage dealt, if an enemy champion would die from the detonation then all marks detonated will crit

Lore : coming soon

Passive: seems a bit confusing... there is a lot going and it doesnt seem to separate exactly what happens or when exactly. The whole "cannot attack or be attacked" isnt really explained either, do you mean "targeted" or "basic attacked"? Either way, it feels a bit over powered, since he would render over half of all league of legends champions useless against him since they cant attack him but he can still cast spells. Also, the percentages you are giving him do have caps that the game will not allow to exceed (unless that was supposed to be added to the passsive, allowing him to exceed caps).

Q - Geyser / Shadow Step: So he's an undead.. pirate? scholar? adventurer? mage? I dont see why he's able to summon geysers or shade step. I like the concept that his abilities can change with his current form, but the form idea and lore really need to be solidified here.

W - Reinforced Mahogany / Dark Water: again, lore wise... is he covered in debris from a ship he wrecked in? Is he infused with part water? carrying some kinda wood armor? I'm not sure where these abilities are coming from, but it does make for a decent defensive ability.

E - Raging Storm / Magic Leak: does this increase his attack range? or is like a mini Volibear melee ult? Also, grievous wounds on an ability seems pretty broken.

R - Soul Bulwark / Soul Fracture: his ult seems a bit underwhelming and doesnt really compliment the rest of his kit. I see the combos that could be made, but is it suppose to be some kinda engage? Execute? or crowd management?

Final Thoughts I dont know how to feel about a Tank that transitions into an assassin, especially when that transition happens at his 50% health range. This could cause a constant transitions within seconds of each other, over and over, becoming unnecessarily confusing during important in game situations. Also, the item build would be so off balance to properly fulfill either role. The kit is kinda scattered between how this champion should be played and what would actually come in handy during team fights or objectives. Lore wise, I am very lost, but I understand that will come soon. I really like the idea of a person caught out in the shadow aisle storm during the transformation but you really gotta decide on what happened to this person. What was their profession, how do their powers translate to his character. Keep the abilities somewhat how they are (with some tweaks) but change his passive a little bit... maybe make him a bruiser who can call upon magic from the blacked seas surrounding the Shadow Aisles? He may not be that engage tank you wanted, but he'll still be able to hold his own and dish out some heavy combo damage (kinda like Gangplank). Make the transition only effect between his abilities a little simpler, like maybe a permanent transition at 35% percent health that doesnt allow to to gain helath, but will transform him back when he returns to the fountain. Or even better, turn the "R" into a toggle that would allow players to his transition abilities (Kinda like Karma). This would change his form and play just enough to keep it interesting and in the players complete control.
