Will We Ever See A Katarina Skin With Different Effects/Animations?
The closest we have to that is Slay Belle Katarina, and that's it. Would really like to see something different the next time she gets a skin. :)

We added quite a bit to Warring Kingdoms Katarina in terms of particles. As you've mentioned, Slay Belle Katarina (and Sandstorm Katarina) have different particles.
The issue with Katarina is that she isn't insanely particle heavy, so there aren't as many opportunities to give her flashy particles as compared to someone like Lux. We can absolutely change her particles, but they likely won't be as burst-y as some of the other mages in the game.
Agreed. I own kitty kat, slay belles and red card and the animations are hardly different. She could use a good legendary skin.
Yeah, she needs to get something more. Kitty cat was the first skin I actually spent money on, and I was disappointed when it didn't have any new particles at all
