Omega Squad Teemo - Rylai's Interaction?

I know I can't speak for all of us here, but I really feel sad that Omega Squad Teemo has no lines for purchasing Rylai's Crystal Scepter. It is litterally what I always used to purchase on him, what I am purchasing on him and what I will purchase when I play him. To me it's the absolute core, by giving him the slightest chase potential and extra slows on the shrooms. Which keeps re-applying with every Liandry's tick (once you have it aswell).

No matter what build I was going with (focus on Shrooms or focus on more damage via autoattacks), I always made sure that Rylai's was a part of my build. Maybe it's not the most benefitial item, but it does fit him well. And... it used to be a recommended item on Teemo, which was removed from that spot then added again. And now it's gone again (and have been for some time). But that doesn't stop me from writing its name and purchasing it as my secondary or third item. To me, it was a higher priority than Liandry's after it came out, even though Liandry's actually recieved buffs later, I still felt like the slow was amazing to have. Even though it's not the most. But I can honestly say that Liandry's and Rylai make a great couple. When Liandry's is procced, Rylai's slow will keep refreshing its slow for every tick of burn, which increases the slow duration of the mushrooms.

My final argument: he has interactions for Runaan's Hurricane... Which is a really lousy item on Teemo as he's squishy, not to mention the fact that everyone wants to kill him. So for him to just stand there, autoattack 3 people that are getting close, ignoring Teemo and going for some other champion is not going to happen. Even Lichbane is more efficient on Teemo, as it actually boosts the damage of his shrooms aswell, which you want to prioritize. But hey, maybe those AD Marksman Teemos want some love aswell, no matter how bad it actually is, gotta satisfy everyone.

I dunno, it feels too late to make a difference now. But I really hope that there's a chance the item will get some retribution =/
