Wukong's Apprentice!!!
We all know and understand that Wukong was trained in the WUJU style by Master Yi in the agreement that Wukong would gain an apprentice of his own one day, and teach the secrets of Wuju as a Master. Well after a lot of lore digging and thought processing, I have came to an amazing idea. :D
Zhu Bajie. (He could be called ZhuWu or WuZhu) Because Wukong was originally Kong until Yi taught his the secret of Wuju, then renamed him.
Let me explain. Zhu Bajie is one of the characters from 'A Journey to the West.' (Which is the tale that Wukong is based from.) He is a pig/humanoid that is jealous of Son Wukong's accomplishments. He lusts after women, he has a drinking problem, and was banished from his land for misbehavior. Wukong is from a forest in Ionia. What better land would tie in with his lore THEN IONIA!? Wukong was the good disciple of WUJU, WUJU NEEDS A DARKSIDE. NEEDS A DARTH WUJU!!!! In the story, he is a bit of a mess, but has enough character and depth to be created into a League character and fit right in with the other champs and lore. His drinking could be a taunt towards Gragas, his lust for women could be a taunt towards the female champs, his disgusting life style could be something that Twitch adores!!!!
In the lore, the Gods call him HEAVENLY TUMBLEWEED and every character, even the narrator acknowledges him as 'Idiot.' Heavenly Tumbleweed could be his passive name, or a move name. Much like how Wukong's moves and passive are a direct reference to the original story!!!!
Zhu Bajie uses a 9-toothed rake in the lore. It's his weapon of choice. Just like Wukong's special staff. This passage was taken directly from the lore,
'With this rake to mark my imperial office. When I raise it, fire and light stream forth; When I lower it, a snowy blizzard blows. It terrifies the Heavenly Generals, And makes the King of Hell too quake with fear. There is no other weapon matching it on Earth, Nor iron to rival it throughout the world. It changes into anything I like, And leaps about whenever I say the spell.'
'When he raises it, fire and light stream forth.' This could be his Q. The way I imagine it to be, is a Fire that lights an area up, giving vision. Similar to Ashe and Quinn's moves. 'When he lowers it, a snowy blizzard blows.' This could be his W, a slow of some type. I imagine it to be a smaller version of Nocturne's 'DuskBringer.' That slows a percentage when the enemy steps in it or is struck by it. 'It changes into anything I like, and leaps about whenever I say the spell.' I imagine this to be his ult. Maybe he throws the rake in the air and it morphs into a giant rake? An rakes the ground in front of his, pulling the enemy (or enemies) back to his direction. But I can also see him using the rake to maybe pull his teammates back? or Push enemies back? This could be his E?
My idea is completely finished, But I was excited and wanted to bring forth this idea to the forums and see what everyone thought about it.
I see WuZhu as a pig Yordle support champion. Who uses Wuju.
In the lore, Wukong called him an idiot and disliked him, and they fought on every outting, but he always accepted his company as a friend.
His lore is deep enough to mold a League champion out of it, pig yordle, new WUJU user, and more depth into League of Legends lore. :D

Also, I just learned that Oolong from Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z was based off of Zhu!!! This is NEARLY perfect because its similiar to what I wanted him to appear as a Pig Yordle!!!! :D
