Clown
Lore: He's a clown and a professional. He also likes Shaco.
Passive: Basic attacks and single-target spells apply a stack of retaliation. At four stacks, champion gains bonus effects and has bonus CD, attack speed, and movement speed for four seconds. Retaliation increases for 1 second per enemy spell-cast nearby him and resets after activation.
Q: Passive: Blows up and stores balloon champions up to three. Active: Ties these champion balloons to the ground. Explodes after two basic attacks dealing flat magic damage, or after 60 seconds. Magic damage is increased at a percentage every second. Can block skill-shots. Retaliation Effect: Allows champion to toss these balloons. If two land on a champion, they're lifted into the air for a second before exploding and doing damage upon landing equal to 1.5x the amount of damage Q does + 50% damage to anybody nearby.
W: Preform a skit while nearby allied champions. For the duration, (and while close-by the Champion), enemy champions have their attack speed reduced. Effect lasts for 1 second once outside the AoE. Retaliation Effect: W becomes a target spell and no longer needs an allied champion nearby. Dashes to an enemy champion dealing magic damage and fearing them for .75 seconds. This also applies double the attack speed debuff to that champion for 2.5 seconds.
E: Slaps an enemy champion. If they're floating from Q, they're knocked back a bit too. Retaliation Effect: CD is reduced to .5 seconds and gains increase knock-back to enemies floating from Q. If E hits the back of an enemy champion, they're mini-stunned as well. Champions mini-stunned cannot be stunned again for 2 seconds.
R: Passive: Increases amount of balloons Q could store by 1 per level as well as the AoE range for W per level. Active: Leaps to an area dealing damage and taunting all enemies affected for 1 second, reducing all physical damage by 25% for 5 seconds. Retaliation Effect: Should the Champion die while Retaliation is active, the Champion explodes dealing 15% of his total health as damage at max level.
