Reworking Poppy - Ultimate Move

so i'm sure her rework is around the corner, not sure if finished, but they said something about removing her ult and putting something else. i was thinking, make her ult like LeeSin kick and push targets away, she can still retain her lock-down ult but not as toxic and being immune to damage.

imagine her doing E + R to massively remove a target from the enemy group, E pushes target away then R for a further push.

Honestly it isn't a bad idea but Lee Sin probably isn't the champion to emulate for Poppy. Lee Sin's Ult is meant to work with his kit in that he can push them away and then jump to the kicked champion with his q or jump near them with his w. Poppy is the kind of champ (going off her lore) to face incredible odds but make it out in the end, with nothing stopping her save her own stamina (hence her current ultimate).

Poppy is meant to be the "Unstoppable Force". But she has to build up to that is her main counter.

Hey. Necroing a thread here, BUT

You pretty much predicted her new ult. Well played

ult and passive will go away while q,w,e stay

about "make her ult like LeeSin kick and push targets away, she can still retain her lock-down ult but not as toxic and being immune to damage." I don't really love it for one simple reason. Poppy should be a monster 1v1 (almost late game) and should be reworked around this. With the ult you are suggesting you are going to make a possible 1v1 into a 5v5 and without the old passive+ult she will die istantly.

I don't know, I don't really see why kicking someone away suits Poppy. She's all about picking fights and battling to the end, but Lee's ult is used on someone he's too scared of dueling 90% of the time. Poppy shouldn't have an ability that lets her be a coward, it's not Poppy.
