Okay... so the project is either Taric or Pantheon...

His shield:

Taric and Pantheon both have shields that give protection and stun. Well, I guess Taric's gem stuns but I think it comes out of his shield...

Or at least, one will be. I don't know if its now. Though the skin would fit in with the new Taric rework coming out.
