IP Betting

I'd love to have the ability to bet on lanes in draft pick. Lets say you're starting up and you see a good match-up top lane so you bet 300 IP on them. You automatically put that IP into a pot visible to everybody during the loading screen.

Now lets say the enemy team saw the top lane too, and somebody put in 150 IP instead. Their team then proceeds to lose the match, but their top lane gets a better grade than yours.

The person on the enemy team will gain double the amount of IP they bet (300 IP total) on top of whatever IP gain they gathered for playing the match. The person who was bet on will receive half the amount that was bet on them as a bonus for winning the lane with a bet on them (150 IP)

The one who loses the bet will lose their IP bet but still win whatever the match IP gain is. The one who had the bet placed on them won't lose anything should they not win the lane. You can definitely place bets on yourself as well, but you only gain double the amount of IP placed.
