Passive: Soul Pool Broga has no mana, but is treated as if he did. All Item effects that include “Mana” are changed to “HP” (max mana bonuses are cut by 75% before being changed to hp) Broga's bonus lifesteal is increased by 50% in exchange he cannot be healed by sources other than lifesteal and item passives (including potions)
Q: Spirit Flame CD: 15/12.5/10/7.5/5 seconds Cost: 20% of damage value Passive: Increases attack speed by 1% for each 1% of Lifesteal while off of cooldown. Active: Broga’s next basic attack or Scytherang deals 20/80/140/200/260 (+40% AP) bonus magic damage over 3 seconds. (To all targets hit for scytherang)
W: Spectral Strike CD: 12 seconds Cost: 20/16/12/8/4% of current health Active: Broga leaps to a target enemy within 700 units, dealing 100(+30% AD)(+10% Max HP) physical damage and applying on-hit effects.
E: Scytherang CD: 8 seconds Cost: 5% of max health Active: Broga throws his scythe like a boomerang in an arc, dealing (80/85/90/95/100% AD) physical damage to enemies it passes through and slowing them by 1% for each 2% of their missing health for 2 seconds.
R: Your time has come CD: 120/110/100 seconds Cost: 40/30/20% of current health Active: Broga empowers his next basic attack or spectral strike to rip the soul from the body of it’s owner, flinging them to a random location 1000 units away from the body, during this time they have majorly reduced vision, cannot cast spells, are untargetable, ignore unit collision and are “ghosted”. If the soul can return to it’s body in 6 seconds it is revived in the same condition they were before, if not, they die. (this doesn’t do damage it just kills them) (These debuffs cannot be removed by anything. not even oranges. it is not k.)
