So with the upcoming Irelia skin, with the same theme, will OotL Karma receive some polishing? The skin always seemed like it never got the full texture pass. It's blurry and gold pieces look off (not talking about translucent clothes). Even the new Irelia skin who has an older model than Karma looks more polished. I wish they were brought more in line.

This would mean something if skins were being updated.
Also, no excuse for poor worksmanship. He's right about the poor texturing.
Not only that, I'm mostly referring to all the no's with regards to skins on PBE.

And about these other skins that are 'more' in need of a visual update... are any actually being visually updated?
Magnificent Twisted Fate for instance, a nearly $20 skin under the Legendary Tier.
Yes, I've heard it before... we have no plans, he is as he was when shipped under that price point & we have no plans to update his pricing or bring the skin in-line with others of its kind.
So just tell us, what skins are being visually updated then? Any? When? Soon(tm) is getting really old when we have virtually nothing to show for all the soon(tm)'s years later.
What of the promised Quinn MTU/TU that was supposed to be expedited over two years ago now due to her being rushed in the Art Dept.?
Where is that? I'm salty over this subject because I spent those two years rigorously seeking follow through on this to turn up nothing.

When champs get full VU's or even just model tweaks, it completely changes how clothes sit on the model and where/how abilities/aa's are casted. If you look at the Update Schedule, that should give you an idea of which skins are up for reworking.

Skins being updated as part of a ChampUp process don't count, really.
Characters like Karma won't see a VU from ChampUp, so her botched textures will remain permanently unless Riot changes their stance.
