Riot probably has literally 20 Ahri skins completed ready for release whenever they need money.
very high chance will get skins by the end of the year. Diana hasn't had a new one in 2 years. Besides the chroma, Cassiopeia hasn't had a skin since early 2013. And Azir is long overdue for his third, it's been about a year.
