[Rework Concept] Zilean, the Æon Avatar

Passive - Chronokeeper: Zilean collects Time as it passes. Clicking on his champion portrait, or holding an ability button long enough, will cause him to consume Time with his next ability, instead of mana, gaining bonus effects.

Q - Time Bomb: Zilean throws a ticking time bomb to the target location that detonates after 3 seconds, dealing magic damage to all surrounding enemies. Time Bomb will attach itself to units hit directly, or those who move within a small radius while it's on the ground, detonating at their location when the duration ends. Time Bomb detonates immediately if another one attaches itself to the same unit, briefly slowing all affected enemies and projectiles withing the explosion, enemies are also crippled, reducing their attack speed.

• Time - Chronobreaker: Zilean throws a ticking Chronobreaker bomb to the target location that detonates after 3 seconds, dealing magic damage to all surrounding enemies. Every enemy and projectile caught in the explosion is frozen in time for 3 seconds. Projectiles and enemies that enter the area are frozen in time for the remainder of the duration.

W - Time Saver: Zilean reduces Time Bomb's and Time Warp's cooldowns by several seconds each.

• Time - Rewind: Zilean channels temporal energy for 3 seconds, after he revert an ally's health, resource, position, and ability cooldowns back 3 seconds. Selfcasting will cause Zilean to channel for 3 seconds, while channeling Zilean will cause any projectile that hits him to return to it's sender, sending the damage back at them, up to a cap.

E - Time Warp: Zilean bends time around a target champion, slowing and crippling enemies by half for a few seconds or granting allies 50% bonus movement and attack speed for the same duration.

• Time - Time Lapse: Zilean increases the slow or speed boost to 99%, bypassing the maximum limit on attack speed as well. Selfcasting will cause Zilean gaining 80% cooldown on his basic abilities for a few seconds.

R - Fragments of Time - Passive: Allied champions across the map leave a figment of themselves where they died, which only Zilean can see.

• Chronoshift: Zilean places a protective time rune on the target ally champion or himself, lasting for 5 seconds. If the target takes fatal damage during that time, they are put in stasis for 3 seconds and then revived, regaining a set amount of health.

  • Time - Chronoblast from the Past: Zilean can target a figment of an allied champion and will begin to channel. After his channel that champion will be resurrected where they died, regaining a set amount of health.
