The Minotaur race is has been in a near constant war with Noxus over the resource rich mountains known as the Great Barrier that the Minotaurs call home. Despite being vastly outnumbered, the Minotaur have been granted the aid of the spirits to protect the Great Barrier.

Cyrial was born the smallest of the Minotaur people, and has been ridiculed all their life for their frail body. Seeking for a way to help the Minotaur people, Cyrial has tried time and time again to train with the Minotaur warriors, but Cyrial has failed every time, but that hasn't dampened their spirit.

The elder of the Minotaurs took noticed of the tiny Minotaur who was attempting to tackle a warrior well beyond twice their size. He took the Minotaur and handed them a drum, and taught them the beats of war and the rhythms of the spirits.

The day had finally come, Cyrial dawned his people's armor, took up the drums and marched with their fellow warriors onto the battlefield. However, the honor Cyrial felt was cut short, when just as Cyrial began to beat their drum a shell flew straight towards their feet and Cyrial was flung across the battlefield.

Bloodied and broken, Cyrial's body writhing in shell shock, Cyrial got back to their feet. The drum still strapped to their side, but one of Cyrial's arms was scorched from their body by the explosion. With their spirit still strong, Cyrial grabbed the drum stick from their disembodied hand and Cyrial began to beat, with the fury of a thousand thunderclaps Cyrial beat the drum.

That day the Minotaurs won the battle, the warriors fueled by the unrelenting spirit of the drums of war, they beat back the greater forces of the Noxian army, and Cyrial was celebrated as a hero, a Champion.

Ranged Support/Marksmen

Passive - Beat of the Drums: Cyrial is constantly drumming, the rate at which Cyrial drums is increased by bonus attack speed. Cyrial's basic attack is replaced by an area of effect around him, which deals a portion of Cyrial's attack damage and ability power to all enemies around them, to the beat of their drums, once Cyrial targets an enemy. After a few seconds of not dealing damage to an enemy, Cyrial's drums stop dealing damage to enemies. Only Cyrial's primary attack target is effected by on hit effects.

Q - Thunderous Thump: Once cast, Cyrial will slam the drum on the ground on the next beat, dealing mixed damage to all enemies around Cyrial and knocking them away slightly. The cooldown of this ability is also decreased by bonus attack speed.

W - Inspiring the Warriors: For the next few seconds, Cyrial's beats heal their allies, based on Cyrial's ability power.

E - Drums of War: Cyrial Beats the drums as loud as Cyrial can. For the next couple of seconds, all enemies in a large radius around Cyrial's will gain a mark of Tremble for each beat. At the end of Drums of War, Cyrial will cause the enemies to Flee, based on the amount of Tremble they have. Enemies can lose 1 stack of Tremble if they attack or cast abilities.

R - Rhythm of the Spirits: The spirit of Cyrial's missing arm beats the drum, gaining bonus attack speed for several seconds. A zone is created around Cyrial that temporarily resurrects all allies around them, for several seconds. Dead allies who enter the zone are resurrected and allies who were resurrected who leave the zone are instantly killed again.

I LOVE IT! "SOUNDS" Like a really great support and the only problem is that there's already a Minotaur apart from that it's one of the best characters i've heard

The E ability comes down to this: Can enemies attack or cast spells faster than you can auto attack over the duration? The simple answer, almost always. Unless you catch a spell based champion who is out of mana, this will have no effect. You are competing Attack Speed of Cyrial V.S. Attack Speed + casting rate of enemies. Because of this mechanic, your E is essentially a dead ability unless your Attack Speed increases immensely,

W is basic but loaded when you consider Nashor's Tooth. Ability Power + Attack Speed from item yields more ability power scaling and attack speed on the move's use. However, this translates to more beats, more healing from attack speed, more healing from ability power, more damage on those beats due to passive, and then increased again as Cyrial deals damage to enemies in those beats. Essentially she is taking too much benefit from items so if they are behind well then items wont come easy.

Taking this W into account as is your power budget is immensely high. And the ultimate takes it over the top. The ability to resurrect all of your allies for a limited time is way over powered. But, your mechanic makes it under powered as well. The enemy just needs to walk away from you, or pull you away from your team. Its an oddball move than can be fundamentally game changing but has a massive flaw. The ultimate is an incentive to be tanky in order to keep your allies alive after death for a long time but, the rest of his kit desires attack speed.

The overall design of the champion is interesting but, scaling and internal mechanics have some balancing to be done.

Excellent job tieing lore and gameplay together! You should develop this concept more and enter it in the CCOS for April.

I can just imagine how the ult would look. Maybe add some fiery or lightning rage particles for reserected allies. Sounds so cool to march down mid lane, turning a lost team fight into a won team fight.
