Shen's father is dead. Garen has pretty cool skins. Why would Sion size scale with health? Malphite size doesn't do that. The Darkin champs probably won't be here for a while until RIOT refines the new lore.
Morderkaiser needing a new skin for me is probably the most necessary thing on this list.
