[ Small Rework Concept] Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover
Just a little something i thought up to fit Caitlyn thematically and give her a more "sheriff" feel. Nothing big, just minor changes, including removing her crit scaling for the new ADC meta coming to make her more viable
##[Passive] -- Sheriffs Bounty Whenever Caitlyn scores a takedown on champions and epic monsters, she gain Bounty Points equal to the gold bounty gained from the takedown. Bounty Points can be spent to upgrade her skills. (makes her want to target the guys on bigger kill streaks aka bigger criminals)
Caitlyn has bonus attack speed at level 1 (this is real btw)
Things to buy: Proper Equipment, Better Tools, Fuzzy Cuffs, Bigger Hat Costs : 1000 Bounty Points each
##[Q] -- Piltover Peacemaker Passive: Every 6 attacks Caitlyns next attack will Headshot dealing 30-75% (based on level) bonus physical damage, increased to 100% against non champions. The next basic attack against units that Caitlyn has immobalized will guarantee a Headshot and gain 650 bonus attack range.

**Proper Equipment: ** Doubles the heashot bonus damage. Increases active damage to secondary targets to 90%.

Maximum traps changed from 5 to 3
Better equipment: Doubles the maximum number of traps.

Fuzzy Cuffs: Snares the target for the duration instead of slowing

Bigger Hat: Range becomes global
