I think a magical cat is most welcome in the Fields of Justice. I like "serious" champions- but I also like cartoon-ish champs. Like Lulu. I used Lulu's basic 'theme' as the theme for this champion. "whimsy magic". I hope you enjoy.

LORE Many became curious about the black cat roaming the Fields of Justice. It came as a surprise to everyone when the cat introduced herself. The cat could talk! And not only could she talk- she was a great master of the arcane. Even her magic baffled people- as it wasn't your traditional burn and heal arcana. It wasn't long before Claire decided to join the League, and baffle the minds of the greatest champions Runeterra has to offer.

ABILITES

Passive- Hexcat Claire's abilities gain % Spell Vamp. Casting an ability restores % of Claire's maximum mana.

Q- Ball of Yarn Claire summons a magical ball of yarn, and throws it at target enemy. The enemy takes magical damage. Claire can retrieve the ball of yarn to reduce the cooldown of this ability and gain a slight move speed bonus for a short time.

  • Fairy Screen- Claire throws her ball of yarn through her Fairy Screen, collapsing the screen and turning the yarn into a Yarn Golem. The yarn golem remains for 30 seconds, and follows Claire's actions. The yarn golem's basic attacks restore Claire's health based on her % Spell Vamp.

W- Magic Bubble Blast Claire shoots a large bubble from her wand a short distance, which damages enemies hit, traps them in the bubble, and carries them for the remaining distance of the ability. The bubble pops at the end, dealing damage in an AOE. (The CC should last about 1.5 seconds)

  • Fairy Screen- Claire shoots a large bubble through her Fairy Screen, the screen collapses and a larger bubble emerges and bounces 3 times for a longer distance- dealing magic damage on impact, trapping enemies inside, and carrying them for the remaining distance of the ability. Then the bubble bursts, dealing damage in an AOE. (CC should last up to 3 seconds/ 1 second per bounce)

E- Sleepy Sand Claire summons her broomstick and flies forward a short-medium distance. Claire ignores unit collision, and can cast this ability over terrain. Claire emits a magical fume/dust as she flies which puts enemies to sleep for a short duration after taking magical damage. Sleeping enemies can not move or act unless hit with a basic attack or ability.

  • Fairy Screen- Claire flies through her Fairy Screen, shattering the screen and Claire disappears. Claire casts her sleepy sand everywhere on the map, slightly damaging all enemies and putting them to sleep. Claire then re-appears at her initial location.

R- Ancient Fairy Screen Claire summons a magical screen in front of her that blocks incoming projectiles for a duration. Claire can cast a single other ability through the screen for additional effects. The screen then shatters, reducing magic resistance to enemies in a small AOE.

I really like it! Here are my suggestions: Q is a generic hit-and-return, but it's ult effect is really unique. I wouldn't change this. W remins me of nami, but it is special in carrying enemies away. However, I would recommend making the direction more specific. Otherwise, the bubble might carry a helpless enemy under a turret. E is similar to singed, but the sleep effect should not last until hit. What could happen is that a Blitz or Tahm could easily take advantage of sleeping enemies. If this only applies to minions, there is still a problem, as a group of minions attacking your tower would suddenly sleep, and your tower would easily pick them off with no risk of more than one minion attacking at a time.

Keep up the good work!
