[CCOS] 24 hour warning!

The Febuary CCOS is currently up and taking entries, but not for much longer! This time tomorrow entries will be CLOSED and judging will begin, so all of you procrastinators out there (takes one to know one :P) this is the start crunch time! Get cracking!
