Just an Idea about Mordekaiser

(I usually don't post much on the forums so have mercy on a simple man) So I was just scrolling through the boards like I usually do when I'm bored (or salty in this case, as i recent got cucked in game by a Teemo as a Morde, please don't watch I'm bad I know) And I got to thinking about Mordekaiser and how there eventually going to rework him. I was thinking about how they might add to his lore and gameplay and just had an idea about something they could do with him. So, here are my two cents 'bout it. The metal that Morde's mace is made out of is naturally bound to magic, specificly necromancy, sorta like how petercite is naturally resistant against magic, the metal, maybe called In the making of Nightfall, the specific metal used has so much stored necromatic energy it crushes the metal to become denser and denser, making Nightfall incredibly powerful but very heavy, making it difficult to wield for most people to its full potential, making it the downfall of many arrogant warriors who thought they could overcome its force. However, Mordekaiser was said to be an almost unbeatable warrior king, so he wields the thing no problem. The mace would be heavy/dense with metal and the magic energy bound to it that it creates a soul-sucking gravity field around the mace. When Morde was still the human king he was, he couldn't access this power. However, as he killed people with his mace, their souls were distorted by the mace's energy field and eventually ripped from their bodies and sucked into the mace. To the untrained, non-necromancer eye, they wouldn't be the wiser as to what was happening. Over time, however, more and more soul/necromatic energy got sucked into the mace, making it more dense/heavy and more difficult to wield in the process. Eventually, so many souls are sucked in that the pressure at very center of the mace was so high the metal melted and sorta churned around in the mace like a sort of metal-soul neutron star. This star or power core of sorts would constantly challenge its weilder, screaming with the souls of those Morde has killed. This, combined with the now MASSIVE weight of the weapon. would prove even to much for Morde, and he wasn't able to wield the mace when he needed it most. Nightfall would fall out of his hands do to its sheer weight during his battle against his enemies who were trying to end his dark reign of terror. After a day of fighting, he would succumb to Nightfall's power before he could make the final move, and it would fall out of his grasp, screams of lost souls flooding Morde's mind. He would then be overpowerd by his enemies as he could do nothing against them. Sometime later he gets resurrected by his lackeys and he final gets his mace back, now being able to wield its full power, constantly torturing the trapped souls to summon out their power. This would also have an effect in game. As champs run away from Morde, the would sometimes lag behind them, as if it was being pulled back to Morde by the souls inside of the mace. When using his q, some of the power at the core of the mace would spill out to the outer layers, sorta distorting it in a blue-grey spectral shell around the original weapon. He might even get new voice lines where the souls plead for escape and he argues with them or shows no remorse for them. Like, "They scream of their pain. It gives me strength" or "Their freedom was short-lived, as will be yours" Or if the enemy is running away, something like "They beckon for you to return" Welp, thats just my idea. Hope you liked it, or if not, type what you would do instead, or post your own ideas about what you would like to see be done with Morde in the comments! Or dont. Either way, have a nice day! Huh. That's one way to go. In-depth not particularly compelling since it doesn't change or ask any Moral quandaries Mordekaiser might have. Personally being an ancient being as he is he doesn't particularly show it.

Frankly of like to see a little of the Man out of Time theme (I know that's zileans thing but ) since he is an ancient being and whole civilizations have risen and fallen in his slumber. That would alter his perception on most common place items and social interactions

Quizzical view of this new world clashing with his regimented traditional viewpoints. As an internal struggle

Which we really haven't seen protrayed thus far
