What we have: dual ninja weapons (i believe they are called ~~kusarigama~~ kamas) dual throwing axes dual daggers dual pistols dual pistols dual claws? dual axes dagger+claw dual daggers dual claws? dual knuckles dual claws gun+sword dual throwing bombs

What we don't have: Dual swords Dual whips Dual hammers Dual spears Dual unusual weapons (for example dual spoons) Dual wands Dual shields Dual greatswords

Do we need another dual wielder champion? Or do we have enough of them?

Vayne Dual Crossbows (wrist one for normal attacks, large one from her back for her ult)

And Akali uses kamas (a kusarigama has a chain on it)

Katarina uses swords, not daggers. They are short swords, but still swords.

All the other things you mentioned don't work because you actually can't dual wield them (who do you use two giant swords at the same time?)

Originally Karma wielded two Japanese war fans (tessen). Riot got rid of them on her default skin with her visual update, but they still remain with many of her skins.

I really think the next dual wielder should have dual swords. I also think the champ should somehow be attack speed based with attack speed scaling moves somehow. That would be cool. If the do, they should also make him/her (more than likely it'll be a girl since Riot gives the best Champs to the woman) visually appealing.

AA works like Jinx AA, except the passive includes a short ranged rail fire every few seconds for bonus AA damage.

The tanky ADC hasn't come to fruition yet.

Next champion should dual scythe and sword each weapon having their own set of skills and critical strikes with weapon the champion isn't using to Auto-Attacking with. The scythe in an arc and the sword in a line.

Seeing Gankplank there, you could say Pantheon and Leona has shield and sword/spear combo which they use offensively. Ziggs is dual wielding bombs oddly. For Shyvana, I believe its gauntlets not claws - or something, its a weird weapon.

Jinx wields a mini-gun and rocket launcher combo, although not at the same time. Not sure if that counts as dual wielding.
